Had to uninstall firefox on my iPhone, but after I install it again, when I log into my account I couldn't find the bookmarks that I saved before.
I need to find recovery key from my trusted device I no longer have access
Where did all of my open tabs go? I had over 100 open and needed.

Re ipad. I was having a problem with Firefox not opening a new tab when clicking on a link online. I searched for solutions and read that I needed to delete the app and then re install the app. So I did. I now have none of my years worth of bookmarks. They are gone. How do I get them back? In addition, the home page has none of my shortcuts but has a bunch of shortcuts I need gone but they will not delete. Please help me. Respectfully, Ravyn
After restarting, all my bookmarks are gone. There is no backup in the library (it should be automatic). What can I do now? Kind regards

Dear Sir/Madam, I was advised on your Firefox browser that my main username and password required updating, and after executing the update, I realized that I have lost all of my saved usernames and passwords. Consequently, I am using this medium to obtain your assistance on how I should proceed in order to recover all my saved user names and passwords that I had saved in your Firefox browser. I have maintained important tabs on firefox ios for several years. It has done well to remember my session/tabs during updates, crashes etc. I have sync set up and just hit "sync now" before updating to the latest ios version. First time ever my session is totally reset and all tabs are gone. Please tell me there is a way to restore my session from before the update, I will never get some of those links back. As I said I hit "sync now" and made sure it was current, but my understanding is that just updates my access to the session that is currently on my desktop from my phone. Can I get on my desktop and find the phone session that I syncd before updating? Can support find a previous session somewhere?

My iPad Pro was several damaged in an accident. Subsequently, I sent it to Apple Store so they could check the device and share a quote for fixing it. Since the quote to fix the device was extremely high, I ended up purchasing a new iPad Pro. I re-downloaded the Firefox app on my new iPad Pro, and logged into my ID. However, all my Bookmarks and Passwords are lost.
What can I do in this situation to retrieve my lost data?
