When the syten Theme switches between darg and light mode, the keyboard color does not switch. Only when force-quitting the app the color is correct at next start.

iOS Firefox needs to maintain bookmarks hierarchy state (i.e. keep bookmark folders collapsed or revealed based upon users’ preference) when organizing bookmarks. Like many other Firefox users, I have a lot of organized bookmarks. And, when iOS Firefox opens my complete bookmark hierarchy, it’s a pain in the butt to locate folders in which I want a new bookmark to be placed. If iOS Firefox could maintain my bookmark hierarchy state (like Firefox desktop), I could organize bookmarks so much more easily & efficiently. Incidentally, I submitted this idea several years ago and never received any feedback or action.

I am an MDM engineer using Jamf Pro. I am hoping to be able to add mobile device app configurations for firefox preference settings (plist) for specifically iOS. If Android is possible, that'd be great as well. I did notice there are no available plist or Mobile application management configurations both firefox available directly on Jamf Pro or Intune. Does firefox have available settings to apply in xml or uploadable property lists for mobile devices specifically? I found the github repository but it only lists keys for mac and windows, I've tried these keys in case it also works for mobile devices as well but it seems that is not the case.

Trying to log into Nord VPN with my iphone but keep getting error that cookies are enabled. Turned off every tracking protection etc I could think of and still have this problem on my iphone.

Is there a specific place as nothing in the help for cookie managment.

The search bar suggestions keeps suggesting me to go to Reddit.com with triple ‘d’. This redirects me to all kinds of malicious websites. It happens when I make a typo and put “reddd+enter” instead of “redd+enter”.

I would like to block this website from loading or from being suggested in my search bar.

This is a security risk for popular websites that people rely on your autocomplete to access.

I have found that over the last several weeks when trying to access sites that are local on my network from my iPhone or iPad like Jellyfin, Proxmox for example, that after every time I restart my device I will have to go into Settings and disable then re-enable the Local Network access setting for Firefox for it to load the site correctly. I do not have any issues getting to the sites when using Safari. This issue was first noticed in iOS 26.0.1 and has continued now that I am on 26.1. Firefox is currently on the latest version and has been updated many times throughout the weeks within a couple of days of the updates releasing. I do not have this issue when using Firefox on macOS.

-iCloud Private Relay is disabled completely for my devices. -Limit IP address tracking is turned off for my network. -Allow cross-website tracking is disabled in Settings for Firefox (and has always been). -Custom DNS servers are set at the router and issued directly. -I have signed out of Firefox, uninstalled the app and reinstalled a couple of times now with no changes.

Since my Apple iPad was updated to IOS 26.1 (yesterday), I must continually apply a hack anytime I use Firefox to open and read any website.

What happens is once said website is open (for example, a thread in a forum that I have used for years or perhaps a news story (on The Guardian or Globe and Mail)), if I leave that tab for any reason (such as copying a sentence to paste in another open tab), the tab I am going to forces that thread to scroll up to the top of the page…and then returning to the tab that I copied out of, the same thing, the open thread scrolls back up to the top.

I am running the latest software version for Firefox and Apple.

This phenomenon began immediately after I updated my Apple to 26.1 from (IIRC) 18.x.

I am unable to load Newsmax - I get the message: "Secure Connection Failed

The connection to www.newsmax.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

It loads fine in Safari - maybe I should use that as my default browser.

How can I stop my tablet from opening a new tab every time I switch to Firefox? It’s the worst when I’m trying to get information quickly into another app. I’ve looked through all of the settings and it’s not there. I’ve tried typing about:config and it does nothing except show the new tab window.

Someone please help. I’ve seen an answer from a question about a decade ago but things have changed now and there is no “options” if that’s the next suggestion. All I see is Settings now, and no options to change this in there either. This should be obvious right?

Since yesterday when I log into hotmail I get an ad for 365 and has another login and do that and same thing over and over. Today, not only hotmal, but now gmail giving me an ad for gmail when I log in. Sometimes a quick peak at my account before it goes to the ad. Same thing, log in again over and over and get the ad.

I don't have this problem on other browsers but hate using other browsers. I can't log into yahoo as I have landline and need to get into hotmail to get code for yahoo, so don't know if that problem with yahoo.

I have other accounts that is not a problem to get into, just the mail email providers that most people use. I've cleared history, etc. several times, force quit firefox and restarted computer.

Please fix this problem.

As of this Morning Wed 5th Nov 2025, message content in my eBay account wont display. Instead I am getting a Red Circle with a red bar symbol when I click on the Message title.

Before the current Version of Firefox for iOS one could insert a search item in the address field of the browser and tap Enter and the search quiry was being directly sent to the default search engine and indemediately the search result appeared. But now after hitting Enter the webpage of the search engine appears, i.e. Startpage, and I have to hit Enter again before getting the search results. Is this a bug or an annoying feature?
