Firefox for iOS Support Forum

All other products have way to chat with the company, in real time. Where is foxfire or Mozilla support with a line like this. Must I change to Google? I have used foxfire for so long successfully.

I have always used Firefox for all browsing and Facebook. About a month ago I stopped being able to use Firefox for Facebook. I get an error message and a blank page. It is only an issue with Facebook. Other sites work. Annoying to have to leave Firefox and go to Safari for FB. Any ideas what happened? Thanks.

Hi it appears that My Firefox on IOS has contracted the above virus/malware/adware.

Is there a process to clear it out of My iPad?

I am getting pop up’s and redirects to their pages.

My dark mode keeps switching back to light. And I’m not talking about pages that are white regardless. I’m referring to pages like my home page. I keep it set on dark mode all the time. And I keep have to switch from dark to light over and over again to fix it to fix other pages that are normally dark.

In Switzerland we have a payment App called Twint which is widely used for transferring money and payments. In most case you scan a QR code or put in a name and their mobile phone. However, when it comes to parking it accepts the QR code and then informs the user that Firefox can not deal with the financial transfer. In a telephone call with the Twint organisation this morning it was suggested that I change to Google Chrome!

What is the situation? Is somebody trying to work on a solution or did I really have to change to "Chrome" Andrew R. Nicoll ....

My firefox app disappeared from my iPhone 6S. It still shows as being installed in settings. The only way I can access it is to go into App Store and open it. It will still not show up on the phone

EVERY time I open the app to search something or navigate to a website, without fail, it crashes after about 3 seconds. When I reopen it, it works completely fine, but if I switch to a different app and return, the process repeats.

This is a website that works on every other browser and I had no problem using last year using firefox. At some point one of the updates (likely in 2022) has produced this error.

How can I fix this to access the website?

Every time I try to add a search engine (the one I’m trying now is “wiki.pokemoncentral.it”) Firefox on my 6th generation iPad with iPadOS 15.6 (latest version) crashes, and it does that even with my iPhone Xr. I don’t know what to do, I think it’s a bug or something like that. Please Mozilla, if there isn’t any solution I can do, fix it.

I’m unable to add any additional search engines. App crashes every time. I’ve also uninstalled the app and reinstalled to see if that changed anything…. It did not. Any help would be appreciated

For a while I kept getting that Firefox crashed after I opened the browser. I deleted it and uploaded the latest version added Adblock plus but I can’t see Adblock plus in my extensions for Firefox iOS.

Hey, Since I've updated my ipad to the newest os (15.7) my Firefox got really slow and buggy. Often it simply crashes once it's loading a page. I am not be able to use my enpass password manager anymore too... It simply won't show the keyboard once I want to log into anything. A look in the reviews section of the app store shows me I am not alone.

What's going on? I am using Firefox on so many devices but not on my ipad it's just not usable anymore.
