Firefox iOS 104 doesn’t allow to automatically open in private mode with a new tab, now you have to switch off Close Private Tabs at settings and it opens with last page you were browsing. Prior versions just opened in private mode with a blank page showing Firefox Hompage. Hope it will work again like that.

Hello,

Earlier, Firefox would open by default in private mode (because when I would close firefox, it was in private mode).

Now, irrespective of the way I close it, it always opens in non-private mode. is there a way I can bring back the initial functionality - opening in private mode by defaul?

Thanks

I want private browsing to be the default. I have the settings on my phone to open last closed tab, and I have the “close private tabs” option toggled off. I will have private browsing on, and when I close my Firefox app and reopen it later, it defaults to normal browsing. Is there a way to fix it? It’s been a recent issue.

Compromised data: Passwords, Email addresses

I went to the Dashboard (clicked on the link which was below the message above and gave my password for my gmail account. I'm concerned I just revealed my password to someone posing as Firefox Monitor. I did this on my iphone.

Was this a legit warning from Firefox or have I just revealed my password to a bad actor?

Here is the contact info at the top of the email:

How can I delete the web sites that appear under my profile icon when signed in to my account? They show up under the heading "Firefox on iPhone". The first website listed can be seen in the screenshot shown below. There are many more. How can I delete them? I think I have deleted them from my phone, but they still show up on my iMac when signed in to my Firefox account.

I am using iMac OS 12.3.1

Thanks, tn
