hi! how can i get emails on iphone for when offline? i am often out of cell range and without wifi. i use gmail, but their support article says theirs will only work with chrome browser. any way to use firefox? thanks!

None of the topics really had anything to do about my issue so I just picked one.

Anyway, I want to always run the browser on my iPhone in dark mode but for a couple of month now it keeps resetting to light and most of the times I need to switch of the manual selection and back again to make it work.

I have had this issue before and after upgrading to iOS 10 and both on my old iPhone 12 min (RIP) and my new iPhone 15.

I have reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail.

I have made a screen recording that I hopefully managed to link to.

This is a deal breaker for me. I’m trying to leave Chrome, but if Firefox is this broken then we are in big trouble.

When logging into a website where the username and password screens are separate (twitter.com for example) the autofill will not prompt to fill in the username. You must manually type the email first. Then on the next screen the autofill option prompts to fill the password.

I use Bitwarden. But it was the same for iCloud Passwords.

I want to set HEY.com as my email app in Firefox, but HEY.com is not one of the email apps listed in the Firefox settings

This is Firefox-only behavior on iOS (16.x, btw), neither Chrome nor Safari suffer from this.

On my iPhone, links are set to open in apps if the app is installed. So if I open an Amazon-related link while browsing in Firefox, it will open that link in Amazon.

However, with Firefox, it opens a new tab "about:blank" when this redirect happens, which then seems to load the app.

With Chrome and Safari, clicking a link which has an app installed, simply redirects me to the app from the tab/page I'm browsing instead of opening a new one.

What is with this strange behavior with Firefox and is there a way to fix it?

When I try to sign into Firefox I don’t have the password. To get a new one, Mozilla wants to reset Firefox and trash my data. Is there a way to sign in without a reset?

The Firefox icon on my iPhone has disappeared, even though it is functional as my default browser. I feel like I’ve tried everything! Would anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

Whilst sending a link from my Proton drive to others i have realised Firefox (latest version on ios also latest version) does not manage to do a basic fundamental task, I triple checked all the basic settings that could interfere, cleared caches etc etc

It flashes up a warning pop up, i click download, It reaches 100% then opens up a blank window, No file inside any download folder on iphone. It's a 200mb audio file, uncompressed.

I tried with Safari & instantly achieved the download even running a VPN, Firefox is my default browser on desktops & mobile devices for sync etc so this is very inconvenient.

My preferred browser on my iPhone XR is Firefox. I have a Ford app that I only use to start my car remotely. The Ford app changed my password and won’t let me reenter one unless I disable my ad blockers. I don’t know how to do this on the app. Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to add a new Google Gmail account I just recently created to my iOS 17 iPhone 13Pro Gmail app and it's telling me I need to use a browser that has JavaScript enabled. I'm using Firefox as my default browser. How do I enable JavaScript so that Google will let me add my new email account?

Why is it that no matter what I download i can’t find the file or it’s not saving it anywhere? Even in the downloads on Firefox it says no downloads after downloading.

Selecting Settings in menu - no response. Also Customize home page is non-responsive. Firefox for iOS. On a iPad.

There is no Firefox pop-up or page change when I select either. Didn’t test for other issues since a unique bug for me. Never seen anything like this that didn’t crash the app.

I use in Firefox for Windows the Cookies and Site Data tool with Manage Exceptions. So far, I cannot find this tool in Firefox for IOS on the iphone. Is the tool there, and I just overlook it?
