Saw an email from support, but cannot find the answer. Firefox used to work fine on facebook. Now technical error. And can't find your answer.

Please put somewhere that I can see it.

When on any page (but certain ones more than others) my page refreshes over and over. As soon as I go to a page and it loads then it refreshes immediately. Then it does it randomly every minute or so. If I use a different browser it doesn’t refresh unless I refresh the page.

Until a few days ago, when clicking on the Firefox icon, my latest messages came up immediately but now I am confronted with a blank page!

I have discovered I could eventually find them by clicking on File and Get messages - but there are a number of options.

Haphazardly, I clicked on these options and eventually my messages appeared - but even that no longer works...

I'm using Firefox to access academic papers and online books. Because most of this content requires a subscription, I usually visit these web pages through my University library site. However, its not letting me open the destination file. e.g. I can open https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/21670811.2018.1533788?journalCode=rdij20 but not the full article. To open the full article I need to be logged in through my institution's library.

I have changed my proxy settings to 'no proxy' - can you please suggest what else I can do?

It normally works fine on other computers.

I am trying to make a purchase on the 5% nutrition website. The browser will not allow me to change flavors from the drop down menu. When I select from the drop down the page reloads to the default. The website works on other browsers. I am running version 116.0.2. Thanks, Jesse

Last few days I am unable to see my Xfinity / Comcast & google emails via Firefox - but I can see them via Safari. Addresses are : [edited] @comcast.net, [edited] @gmail.com. Have been able to get them via Firefox for a long time prior. Also, lately firefox will stop my search until I click the FF icon where a wheel is turning and once I click it, it changes to a check mark and then I can proceed. Can you help please? Thank you.

Could you please help me, I'm having trouble logging into some of my accounts, I can't access verification codes or the correct passwords for apps like Amazon.co.uk also I keep having to log onto Firefox browser as it does not allow me to stay lodged in does it need to be updated or is there something else I should be doing. My case is simple but I have no ideia the WHY is happening. I use google as a search engine but after a few days, it changes automatically to Yahoo (wich i dont like) and i have to go to preferences and change it back to google. This has been repeating for a few months and I'm a bit fed up of it, so, is there any way to keep google permamently?

Also it is curious that if I restore the default seach engines, it does not appear yahoo, and even if i delete all, and only keep google, keeps on happening again.

I'm an apple user and I also have Firefox since forever on the Iphone and Ipad too and no problem with this ones.

Hi In the absence of network connectivity, submitting a search or entering a URL in the universal bar fails to detect the network issue. Moreover, the content of the universal bar is lost (forcing the user to type again, which can be very frustrating for a long URL)

How to reproduce: - open firefox iOS - switch your phone to airplane mode and deactivate wifi - open a new tab and try accessing any webpage (eg mozilla.org, or type something to be searched) - observe how the content of the bar is instantly lost and a blank page is displayed.

What should be expected: - the universal bar should still contain whatever was typed (or the URL of the search engine) - the body of page should display the usual "The internet connection appears to be offline" message.

PS: this apparently only happens in newly created tabs, not with existing ones.
