I have just upgraded to 113.0.1 and suddenly my contacts don't autofill when I create a new email in Gmail.

Very very annoying and means I need to use Chrome to do emails.

Any ideas why?

I recently updated the Firefox app on my iPhone through the App Store. When I re-opened the app all my previous (many) tabs were closed. There’s no option to restore the session and while I still have history of “closed tabs” it doesn’t actually show the tabs the were closed as a result of the update, just the tabs I had closed before the update occurred. Since I’ve had some tabs open for a long time and I open and close tabs very often looking through my entire history isn’t a very viable solution. Is there some other way to restore my previous session like there is in browser?

I’ve never had an issue like this before on my laptop/windows. Thank you for your help.

I using a new VPN and forefox refuse to work. Chrome and Safari works very well with it just not fiorefox. I guess it s a network setting but i cant figure out how to make it work IF anybody could help please

I will call this syncing actually it is not. I have lockwise on my iphone. I AM SIGNED INTO my mozilla firefox account on my laptop. I discovered my lockwise passwords were no longer on my ios device. Trying to sign into my firefox lockwise account and it tells me password invalid, laptop signed in? What i need is to get my firefox passwords back to my lockwise firefox account to import them to another password manager. can you help please.

I am frustrated by the bookmark feature on the mobile app and am coming here to ask if I am missing something. My firefox account is synced across three devices (two desktop, one mobile). I want all of my bookmarks in one place, regardless of what device I save them on.

When I save a bookmark on mobile, it goes to Mobile Bookmarks — which, for me, is not where I want them to go. I then have trouble moving the bookmark. I can select the multi-step DESKTOP path but often the SAVE button does not appear and therefore I can not save it. If I keep closing and reopening, the save button sometimes appears. The attached two images shows: 1). landing spot for saved bookmarks on mobile 2) the lack of the "save" button to successfully move said bookmark.

Also, is it possible to make a mobile shortcut to all of my synced desktop bookmarks? Currently, the path is tedious to access. It involves: Hamburger button => Bookmarks => Desktop Bookmarks => these trio of options: Unsorted Bookmarks (unnecessary), Bookmarks Toolbar (the only one I want), Bookmarks Menu (unnecessary). I would like to go directly to the Bookmarks Toolbar from my mobile homepage. And if possible remove the cluttered/redundant options (re: Unsorted Bookmarks, Bookmarks Menu).

having now gone over to Firefox from Safari I am still finding my way around, so if the answer to this is obvious, I apologise.

One of the more useful aspects of Safari was typing a word into the search window of an open page and getting the options of searching the web or searching on that page. I can see that there is that option within the menu of Firefox but accessing it is a nuisance. Is there a way of either giving me the option within the internet search window or less convenient, adding that icon to the title bar.

When I try to install the LAstpass Extension for “FF on iOS” or Swisscows. I get to the exyensions page but it wants me to download Firefox. WHich is already installed on the iPad. So whats going on with your extensions and Firefox for iOS?

Is there any way to disable or deactivate private browsing mode? I let my kids use my phone and I find it very suspicious when they are in private browsing mode. So I’m just curious if there’s anyway to take the option away

Need assistance transferring passwords and bookmarks from my iPhone Firefox browser to my PC Firefox browser.

Quick summary of how I got into this situation - my SSDrive on my PC crashed last Friday. I received PC back yesterday with new SSD and downloaded the Firefox browser. When it asked me for my password, I clicked 'reset' instead of (in hindsight) just retrieving my password from my iPhone Firefox browser. After resetting password on my PC, I received account recover keys, although all my bookmarks and passwords were deleted on that account. Nonetheless, all bookmarks and passwords are still on my iPhone Firefox browser which is not signed in. I'm assuming if I sign in to the new PC account, all the bookmarks and passwords on iPhone browser will disappear. Is there anyway I can export or transfer these passwords and bookmarks from iPhone to PC?

I cannot see movies on 123movies.net for the past several days. Firefox keeps verifying that I am human, why ? When I get on the site and select a movie it will not play. Don't know what to do to fix this, please help. Thanks, Mark

Hello, I have Firefox installed on my iPad 5, iOS 16.4.1. I only use it in private browsing mode. Frequently after closing Firefox, and then opening Safari, I find that one of the pages that I viewed in Firefox is also now open in Safari. I have no idea how this is happening. Does anyone know? When I go to save a bookmark, the “done” or “save” button is missing. I can’t get bookmarks to save because I can’t complete the selection process. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this?

For example, when I add a Bookmark on my iPad, it does not show up on my iPhone or laptop? I am expecting it to automatically but am wondering if my expectation is incorrect. Thanks! Dave

We rescently purchased the Brother RJ-4250WB-L thermal printer. When trying to print from Firefox it is printing a bunch of extra paper at the end. (almost 2 foot of reciept paper) Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi! I cannot access my passwords on my iPad (from the drop-down menu), but can on my iPhone. I get a help screen that directs me in how to do auto fill, etc., but it is stuck in that screen. I can’t get beyond that help screen. Please help. Thx!
