I have tried to follow Firefox guidances, but what is written on their info page does not work on iPhone, see Mozilla text below: Search suggestions are initially switched off in Private browsing. You must explicitly turn the feature on in that mode. As of Firefox version 71, you can turn on search suggestions in all Private Browsing windows in Firefox Settings - Search (see below).

Hi! For 2 weeks now I cannot permanently set a default search engine. I've always set Brave as my default search engine in settings. All of a sudden this was changed to DuckDuckGo by Firefox without my knowledge. I can change it back to Brave, but as soon as Firefox is cleared from memory it will revert to DuckDuckGo. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? As it is now I cannot use Firefox when I always need to change the settings before using it.
