something new is happening where I am opening up a webpage in Firefox to read an article, and my podcast that I'm listening to in the also open podcast app suddenly drops out and music starts playing from an ad on the website, even though I have not yet scrolled far enough down in the article to even see they had much less given it permission to play at me.

Blocking this kind of interference is why I have exclusively used Firefox as my web browser on iOS as well as on my laptop computers. I'm very disappointed to see this and hoping that someone will point out to me a simple change of settings that will keep this kind of random noise pollution at bay.

I don't use FF on my iPhone XR.. but had previously connected my phone to computer via usb. My iPhone says the password is compromised! Does that mean that all of my passwords on my phone are also compromised? I have no idea what a password for firefox.com is used to access. It is not my master password that I normally use when logging into FF on my Win10, or previous Win7 OS. Can someone tell me what the password is for, or what it controls or protects? Do I delete it, or change it?? Thanks

I'm using my FF 145.0.2 on Win10 to post this question. I've never seen a request for a firefox.com password on my computer.

Three horizontal line menu bar is missing. All I have on top are three dots. … Home icon is also missing. Can’t find any way to fix this. Deleted the app reinstalled and still have the same problem.

Please please please add an option to automatically close inactive tabs on Firefox iOS. I do not want to do it manually, I do not want to think about the old tabs, I just want them gone from my iPhone browser.

I want to make sure that no one can retrieve any of my information. Yes, it is bank account Social Security number and so forth so that we need to protect and I was wondering what advice you can give me as far as using this browser? also, do you have anything in place for students anything you offer for students? I would like to get a list of as I was student at American public university systems and I’m in legal studies there going into law.

Before the current Version of Firefox for iOS one could insert a search item in the address field of the browser and tap Enter and the search quiry was being directly sent to the default search engine and indemediately the search result appeared. But now after hitting Enter the webpage of the search engine appears, i.e. Startpage, and I have to hit Enter again before getting the search results. Is this a bug or an annoying feature?

I went on Apple app store and there are many Firefox downloads from which to choose. I have an iphone 15 Max Pro and the version the internet said to choose isn't among those on Apple's app. You've sent me links and don't seem accessible, at least for me. I'm trying to access Microsoft login page using Firefox as my default browser on iOS. This isn't possible until I enable JavaScript but where do I do this?

I've tried about:config however the search engine, DuckDuckGo, kicks in and does a search for " about:config"
