Hi @all, Such quite a while, Firefox almost constantly crashing when closing a or better the last open tab. Tried a support hint and deleted cache and everything and after that it worked for a few days and then it coming up again. When it happens, and I restart FF and try a logged in page directly, I.e. Facebook, FF doesn’t recognize my signin. Closing the tab, waiting a moment, restart the page again and everything is fine. Really don’t know when this behavior begun, but it is really annoying. I face this problem on 2 different iPad Pro. The newer one from last year with an M2 processor and an older one with an Axx don’t know which one exactly. What’s the matter with that? I typed my question in the subject line. I want to use Firefox on my new iPhone and can’t seem to download without using the App Store. Is there any way? Goggle is all over my Apple when I want to be on line Thanks

  For couple weeks , following any external link/reference, such as all 'unsubscribe' links from Apple Mail messages, Firefox opens but homepage rather than to the link/url argument (and url field shows blank, not display the extrrnal link's url address in url input box.
  Support history shows an identical problem in Ff ~117 reported (Aug '23, I think)   (if the condition of Firefox not currently running is same, which I haven't yet been able to determine) and apparently resolved then ( 2 replies, but thread is not visible because FF Support has it recorded as "Archived").

Since a while, when I click on a link in a Google search result, the link opens in a blank tab (about:blank). Opening the link via the context menu "open in new tab" works without any probem. This happens on a iPad with iPadOS 16.7.6 with Firefox 124.0 (39709). FF is set as standard browser. Does not happen in Safari or Chrome.

For some reason I don’t have the option to add payment cards on my browser using the latest version on iOS.

Can someone explain or help me achieve this as it’s pretty annoying having to dig my card out or switch to safari.

I’ll use the example of movie times. In the IMDB app you can pick movie times, that link sends you to my web browser (Firefox) which opens to the homepage, but that’s it. It doesn’t do anything else, it doesn’t even attempt to open a page. It’s been happening for a while. What am I doing wrong g?

I recently started using a iPhone 14. I can’t seem to get your browser to autofill credit card info on websites. I have searched and it says to turn it on under settings, privacy, autofill. There is no autofill option under privacy.

Twitter (X) keeps saying, "Error Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." on Firefox 123.0.1, but can log in on my iPhone/Safari just fine... any ideas?

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. Thanks so very much for any help !

Printer help needed! Where is my default IOS printer (Epson ET-4850) & where is the print option in Firefox? The bigger question is how do I connect my default IOS printer to Firefox?Thus far I have no way to print from Firefox therefore have deployed the workaround of copying web address into Safari and printing from there. I do not want to spend hours researching something that should be simple and likely is something that most of you already know. Here I am 10 yrs post retirement I’m already feeling outdated & very stressed 😟 Thank you for any information & help you might share!

I honestly don’t khow to describe this, but when I open YouTube, there’s a random chance for it to redirect me to the YouTube app and to add insult to injury, signs me out of the YouTube site on Firefox too… I have no idea how to fix this, I tried everything I could think of
