For the past three days every time I initially open Firefox on my iPhone, I get a page that pops up. I'm assuming asking me if I want to switch my Firefox to a different language. I can't really tell what it's asking because it's in a different language. How do I stop this from happening? It is extremely annoying.

Recently on my iPad and iPhone, clicking valid links in either my browser (Firefox) or e-mail (Outlook), a new tab will open to the “about:blank” page, and nothing more.

Sooo I had tens of tabs open, with intention to keep them - I couldn't find an option to save all of them, so decided to update the app, just in case FF caught up with some functionalities I've seen in my other browsers - bookmarking all tabs, namely.

After I've updated, all my open tabs are gone and "recently closed" is empty. There's no way to have the tabs back.

I don't expect there's a way to solve this problem, but I'm posting it here just in case, and at the same time marking my segue to Safari.

I REALLY hate the colorless background! I just want to change it into a different solid color. I don't want to change my theme, I just want a different background color. Trying to use firefox colors just changes my theme into a nasty pink without even changing the background color. Nothing works.

When firefox updated all of a sudden when I go to youtube sound will not play. My music has sound, when I go to chrome and safari youtube has sound. I have done everything in your help section (Not blocking - allowing audio on all websites etc), clearing cache and cookies and restarting - still no audio

Hello. I was told viaApp Store review to come here and describe my issue. So I was hoping to upload my video to better show off what I am having major issues with. Unfortunately I cannot. So I'll settle with uploading the screencaps of what I see Everytime I go to a different tab in my plethora of tabs open.

The best way I can describe it is that I jump around tabs when I focus in on one, even if it's brief. And it's annoying to find out where I left off Especially when I open a new tab in the background. No other browser does that and if they did, it's been long fixed already.

So starting from the Homepage, I scroll up a bit to open up the next screenshot of Otakon. Once I go back to the tab page, I jump to a different area entirely, the last tab no where to be found but still present. So I then scroll up more to the definition of 'ambition' and then go back to the tab page. Now I'm back to where the Otakon tab was at. It's just lots of that using the browser and it's annoying especially if I'm doing a little shopping.

Sometimes randomly, but happens often when using EBay, clicking on link opens to a new blank tab. The tab lists about:blank. Sometimes the link will work after a couple tries, but sometimes can take more than 5 times to get the link to open. On some sites it can happen randomly, but it’s pretty repeatable while using eBay. I have deleted the app from iPad, did a hard reset, and reinstalled the app, but there is no difference in behavior. Behavior started with the most recent Firefox iOS update. Firefox iOS, Firefox 124.0 (39709), iPad iOS running all latest versions and updates as of 03/24.

Since the last update (123.4) I have this behavior in both iPadOS and iOS: when there's a link that opens in a new tab, most of the time the new tab will open an about:blank page instead of the actual link.

I noticed this happens as I use the browser more: if I force close it and reopen it, the links will usually load OK for the first 1-4 sites, but after a period (or loading a "heavy" site la Facebook) I can reproduce the error 90% of the time.

Happens on iPad Air 3 and iPhone 13 mini.

For the last month photos on my browser won’t open photos. I checked my setting and show photos tab was off which was weird so I turned it on then I was able to see photos but when I closed that tab opened a new tab it went back to no show. Totally Killer loves my Zilla

I'm having the same problem as this guy.

I have a large number of open tabs in Firefox on my iPhone, a mixture of old and very old. I've been trying to go through the tabs and deal with them -- in some sense they are all todo items that I left open at least semi-deliberately.

If I tap on a thumbnail to load a tab, Firefox instead loads a blank page. If I tap the address bar after that, Firefox loads the new tab page, not the site corresponding to the tab that I selected. If I tap and hold a tab's thumbnail, Firefox crashes.

It was the case temporarily (possibly a bug) that some of these tabs would place a TLS failure icon in the left of the address bar when selected, while the blank page was displayed. Tapping on that would display the tab title, but not the tab URL. No longer is that TLS failure icon ever visible.

Since a while, when I click on a link in a Google search result, the link opens in a blank tab (about:blank). Opening the link via the context menu "open in new tab" works without any probem. This happens on a iPad with iPadOS 16.7.6 with Firefox 124.0 (39709). FF is set as standard browser. Does not happen in Safari or Chrome.

I’ll use the example of movie times. In the IMDB app you can pick movie times, that link sends you to my web browser (Firefox) which opens to the homepage, but that’s it. It doesn’t do anything else, it doesn’t even attempt to open a page. It’s been happening for a while. What am I doing wrong g?

If I install Firefox 124.0, will I have an opportunity to change the default tab order setting to "Tab Order" instead of "Recently Opened" before the browser messes up the order of my 100s of open tabs?

Recently the iOs app for Firefox 123.3 began opening a new tab everytime I woke the browser app from sitting in the background. Very annoying. How do I get it to open the last active tab instead of inserting a new tab?

Since updating to 123.4 it frequently happens that I tap a link in a website and it loads about:blank and won’t stop doing that until I force quit Firefox and restart it

Recently on my older iPad (5th generation) whenever I do an image search and click on a highlighted image (any highlighted image) or the corresponding thumbnail link, doing so always and only results in a blank page. If however, I choose the option to open the image in a new tab, then and only then does the search go to the desired site. All the other search options seem to work fine.

I have cleared my caches and deleted my histories to no avail. Removing and reinstalling Firefox did not help. Rebooting didn’t do it either. Have I caught a malware that my antivirus protection has failed to detect? Is it a bug in the app?

I’m stumped.
