iPad not highlighting but a bubble covers words so I can’t copy

I don't know how I can make the problem clearer. This happens frequently. I am using the latest versions of Firefox and iOS.

What a URL? & where do I find it

bold textwhen I click on links in my email it takes me to the Firefox screen but the links do not open.
