Hi, all of my passwords and usernames have been deleted. When I go to the passwords section of my account all that is listed is the web addresses. The usernames and passwords are blank! HELP!

When I opened my Firefox browser my browsing history suddenly vanished. I noticed this when I saw that my recent activity was empty in my new tab I just opened. My bookmarks and tabs is still here. This glitch has happened twice now! Why does this glitch keep happening and Is there anyway I can get my browsing history back?

i’m not sure how to explain this. on only one site (arstechnica.com) the page displays odd coloring and freezes if sorted by votes, and as of today, if selecting the next page. it’s truly bizarre. other browsers don’t do this, only ff. i prefer ff though and would appreciate your help, thank you.

Hi @all, Such quite a while, Firefox almost constantly crashing when closing a or better the last open tab. Tried a support hint and deleted cache and everything and after that it worked for a few days and then it coming up again. When it happens, and I restart FF and try a logged in page directly, I.e. Facebook, FF doesn’t recognize my signin. Closing the tab, waiting a moment, restart the page again and everything is fine. Really don’t know when this behavior begun, but it is really annoying. I face this problem on 2 different iPad Pro. The newer one from last year with an M2 processor and an older one with an Axx don’t know which one exactly. What’s the matter with that? I always have trouble playing videos unless I restart Firefox. Today (3/22) I received notice that Firefox had been updated. Now I can't play videos even when I restart Firefox.

Twitter (X) keeps saying, "Error Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." on Firefox 123.0.1, but can log in on my iPhone/Safari just fine... any ideas?

Hello, Earlier today I had logged into a site for an appointment. I was on the appointment for over an hour. I click out of the site tab, and then about 10 minutes later, I realize I need to send a message.

I log back in and start a message that would include various links from other sites per the discussion just had. It is somewhat of a tedious process jumping back and forth from the message to then find the link to cut-n-paste into what you're typing.

So, I'm there about an hour. I'm almost kind of done, and on one of my hopping from one link to then put in the message, I accidentally - I guess- push the Firefox refresh that clicks out of my message and the Firefox page pops up as if I'm starting a new screen.

I then proceed to go back the website I was on, only to find the message was not saved in the "Drafts" folder though it saves as you type as its function. Annoyed, I figure I'll just go to site history to just get to what was hopefully saved since I was there an hour already.

That is when I noticed that the website i had just been on for over an hour WASN'T in my History search for the listings under the "Today"; I was on just moments before.

I was wondering if maybe my accidental 'refresh' push mistake somehow wiped out that 2nd session of the message writing time? So, i decide to scroll below all these links that I had gone to FOR the message IN this particular site, and try to see maybe I missed this website because I had a lot of links i was double checking.

And that's when I find that NONE of the 2 times I was on this particular is listed AT ALL. Not even the one from my appointment, with the first login. I somehow only see the troubleshooting new attempts of me getting into the site after the fact, and all the other links.

How is it possible that just ONE site is wiped from the History search? Literally every other link I had been to that day before, in between, and after those 2 loggins are in the History, but not the one site I need? I need to know what I did wrong--and if a person can wipe out just a selected item from their Firefox History, that's convenient for criminals.

So, I'm reaching out because I don't see this situation happening in other community Q & A. And although what I was working on for an hour is just gone, and it is what it is, I feel like it is super bazaar how one site alone is missing from your History Search, when that is the whole point of the history search function, and want to avoid this happening to me again, and is this a glitch that is forensically needing to be addressed on a larger front.

Firefox has been my default browser, but when I click on a link in an email newsletter, for example, often I get to the Firefox homepage instead of the link. I have to click a second time to get the linked page itself. When I search with Firefox and click on a link, I may get there, but if I try to go back to the search page, the page crashes and I'm taken to the Firefox home page. I fear I will lose my saved passwords if I uninstall and reinstall--is there any alternative?

When i try and load a website, I get this message. I don't know why. Doesn't happen with other browsers. I haven't loaded anything new on Mozilla or my computer. No other issues on my computer, I have a new iMac.

It seems that this issue has been reported to Support in the past, in 2020 an in 2017. But the solutions do not apply to today. My Mozilla is updated and I feel my only recourse is to stop using Firefox. After 8 years using Firefox as my browser, I am sad to see it go.

If there is any support out there, I would truly appreciate it.

When a click on a link in an app (Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, Email), Firefox opens a blank page with the correct url. Reloading the page doesn’t work. If I close Firefox and try the link again, it usually works the second time. Last month I reinstalled Firefox and that fixed the problem until the next update. Yesterday I reinstalled it and it did not fix the problem. Specs: IOS 17.3 Firefox 122.0

Using Firefox on iOS I’ll pull up a PDF, file like a manual. I can scroll down (higher pages numbers) but anytime I reverse and scroll up at all it immediately goes back to page one. This seems to happen on all PDF files. Using an iPad running iPadOS 17.2 with Firefox 121.2.

Frequently when I chose to close all tabs in Firefox, Firefox crashes. This happens independent of how many tabs I have open. When I close all tabs, this happens 40-50% of the time.

This issue is NOT a crash but no topic matched it. I repeatedly have trouble with pages on rogerebert.com/reviews. For example, this one: https://www.rogerebert.com/reviews/leave-the-world-behind-movie-review-2023

The page loads fine but while I am reading it, every 30-60 secs it reloads and takes me back to the top of the page. I have been having this problem for a couple of weeks now and it has persisted thru a couple of updates.

I am running IOS 17.2 on an iPhone13 mini.

I have just within the last day noticed when I visit one particular news type site that it constantly and consistently redirects me to a spam site telling me my phone is being ransomed or some such nonsense. I have tried incognito mode, I have cleared all personal data and cache and uninstalled Firefox then restarted phone then reinstalled and it keeps happening. I’ve noticed it once in a while with random other sites but it never stuck around this one seems more pervasive. I haven’t installed any new apps recently? I have no idea what to do but am concerned of course something is going on. Please help if you can! Thank you very much
