I recently got a new phone, and was trying to put all of my bookmarks onto my new phone from the old one. I had not previously synced my laptop and phone, and thought that if I synced the two, the book marks from both the phone and the laptop would be available on both devices, and I could then sync them to the new phone and remove the old. Now that I’ve done it, my laptop displays the same bookmarks as before, with no new ones, and my phone bookmarks are completely blank. Did I seriously just lose all of my bookmarks? Is there any way to get them back?

I recently downloaded Firefox browser version 118 I need to know how to import my bookmarks and favorites from Safari browser. I looked it up and the only instruction you have is for version 113 and it seems not to apply to version 118.

I could see a adclick somehow added to my Firefox app on iPhone iOS 17. I don’t see any actual bookmarks exist but don’t know how this reference still exist and how to remove it?

Please refer the screenshot, appreciate any and all the help to understand and remove this adclick.

I have a HTML file of my bookmarks from the Brave mobile browser. I was to get rid of Brave, but I want to ensure I can import my bookmarks into Firefox for iOS before I delete Brave off my phone. Could you please help me figure out a way to do so?

Why is there no bookmarks toolbar for Firefox IOS? This makes the program useless to me. Is there any way to create and see bookmarks? None of the answers in the forums are of any help. What you tell me I should see I don’t see.

I’ve used Firefox for years because I support non-corporate efforts like this, but the lack of quick access to create and use bookmarks is a deal-breaker for me.

When clicking on the bookmarks icon, my ipad takes me to a screen where one of the tabs is Bookmarks, and Edit at the bottom right. However, my bookmarks are not there and they are not in menu toolbars or unsorted either. Where are they on my ipad?

A virus warning kept appearing on my Firefox browser so I deleted the app and redownloaded it. I lost all my bookmarks and I know you have to have them somewhere please help

I hope there will be an update in which we get bookmarks on the top for ipad. just like on pc. it's definitely possible cause there is enough screen real estate. or make two bars or 3 on ios. I hope this is a feature that will be picked up and implemented one day. I fully switched to Firefox. Cause now it connects every search result to desktop. Also I like that it isn't chromium based

Since the latest update I cannot access at least one site P&O cruises nz, the site comes up but is not the correct site. I was getting an error message about Norton security and the url being too long, for that and other sites. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it, but still cannot access the correct site. I no longer get the error message, but the site is incorrect. If I use safari it comes up with the correct site.

I had many tabs open in firefox on my iphone, which were unique and not open in firefox on my laptop. Inhad kept them there for a while because theyvwere important. I happened to tap on 'pick up tab' from my laptop in order to work on something from my phone for the forst time. This looks like a new feature that I didnt notice before. It opened that tab but immediately closed all of those tabs I had kept opened. It also deleted and overwrote all of my iphone history, so that everything exactly matches my laptop. If I go in my iphone's firefox history it does not show those old tabs under recently closed tabs! I can't find those anywhere. Help! Had I known it would do this I would have made sure to save the tabs and history somehow! How can I get my iphone tabs and history back?? Thank you

I am frustrated by the bookmark feature on the mobile app and am coming here to ask if I am missing something. My firefox account is synced across three devices (two desktop, one mobile). I want all of my bookmarks in one place, regardless of what device I save them on.

When I save a bookmark on mobile, it goes to Mobile Bookmarks — which, for me, is not where I want them to go. I then have trouble moving the bookmark. I can select the multi-step DESKTOP path but often the SAVE button does not appear and therefore I can not save it. If I keep closing and reopening, the save button sometimes appears. The attached two images shows: 1). landing spot for saved bookmarks on mobile 2) the lack of the "save" button to successfully move said bookmark.

Also, is it possible to make a mobile shortcut to all of my synced desktop bookmarks? Currently, the path is tedious to access. It involves: Hamburger button => Bookmarks => Desktop Bookmarks => these trio of options: Unsorted Bookmarks (unnecessary), Bookmarks Toolbar (the only one I want), Bookmarks Menu (unnecessary). I would like to go directly to the Bookmarks Toolbar from my mobile homepage. And if possible remove the cluttered/redundant options (re: Unsorted Bookmarks, Bookmarks Menu).

Good afternoon. Recently, bookmarks added via iPad have been added to the "mobile bookmarks" folder. Previously, when adding a bookmark, I clicked on the "Edit" button, chose the path - now the button for applying the new path has disappeared there. When viewing the list of bookmark folders on the ipad, the "mobile bookmarks" folder does not show at all (only when viewed from a computer).

Screen - there is no "apply" button.

I have taken two screenshots describing what I mean. Usually, you see a edit/save tab when you click bookmarks to either bookmark a page or edit the location of an existing one.

This has been happening for a while. And I have kept my device and all apps updated to latest available.

For this post, I tried to bookmark a page. Then tried to edit it’s location to “Lending” for instance. In both screenshots you can see there’s that edit/save button missing.

Because of this i am unable to edit my bookmarks’ location.

When I go to save a bookmark, the “done” or “save” button is missing. I can’t get bookmarks to save because I can’t complete the selection process. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this?
