two complaints that I have and hope to get them solved before I leave.
First issue is this, I have used Wa Trust bank always even before Firefox and just yesterday it came back saying their website is not secure. This problem is obviously a Firefox problem!!( and I had to go to Internet Explorer to log into Wa Trust to pay my bills.A totally frustrated day I had.
Secondly Fire fox will not let use my Amazon Prime to watch movies which is another total frustration , there must be a way to fix that. It would be these two issues that will cause me to go to another Web Browser. Hope to hear back from you with Good News of your fixing these issues Thanks Rose

I had bunch of tabs open, which I normally do on Firefox without issue, and Firefox automatically updated itself. Shortly after, Firefox crashed while I was trying to access another web page.
Since then, it will constantly crash. If I restart and restore all my tabs, it will normally crash as soon as I try to use a new tab or type in my old ones. If I leave it alone for a while it seems to work for a matter of minutes before crashing again.
I even reset Firefox, but that did nothing for me. It just seems like it wants to crash no matter what I try.
I had just put Firefox as my default web browser (as I had it this way before, but switched to Chrome when too many problems were occurring from a previous update). I had to go right back to Chrome. While I like to keep all my browsers updated, this is simply ridiculous. I have never crashed so many times from doing what a browser is meant to do.
Anyway I can downgrade back to just version 33.0.0 until another version comes out?

I recently had to install Chrome on my computer to access a program that would not open using Firefox. Then I had to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. Now there are no search engine options. In the Options window, no names show up in the drop-down box for selecting a search engine. Restoring the default engine does nothing. In the search bar of Firefox, nothing happens when I click the arrow next to the search icon - no names, no nothing, and when I enter anything to search, pressing Enter and clicking the Go arrow in the search box does nothing at all. What is missing?

I had the runtime problem so I downloaded Fiefox again. However, now I cannot search for anything. I tried the suggestion about trying the Safe Mode, with add-ons disabled but it's still not letting me search for any URL or keywords. When I type anything in either box, pressing Enter or the Search arrow does nothing. Please help!
V36 updated and I can no longer use my search feature. When I type in the field nothing happens.
