Bank longin blocked after recent Firefox update. Using Microsoft Edge, bank login worked. Do I have to go back to Edge or is there a fix? Block is by Cloudflare. Bank had me try another browser and when edge worked, they suggested updating Firefox. I checked and noted a 02/20/2024 FireFox update.

At some point in the winter of '21 I created a folder of bookmarks that was saved in the 'bookmarks menu'. At a later date, hard to say when but probably '22 or early '23 I deleted these bookmarks. I now desperately need to recover them.

The oldest auto-backup from 'Manage Bookmarks' -> 'Import and Backup' -> Restore is dated mid '23 and does not contain the deleted bookmarks.

Is there any hope of recovering them? For example via the Recycle Bin or by using a data recovery tool? Or will they have been overwritten?

When I check Firefox for add ons (Manage your extensions), I see the two that I installed. When I use "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" "Application Basics": Multiprocess Windows "Remote Processes" , I see in addition: Amazon.co.uk Amazon.com DuckDuckGo eBay Wikipedia

How do I eliminate these?

If I am on a web site and click a link to another page on the same website Firefox opens a new tab rather than displaying it in the existing tab. How do I get Firefox to NOT do this?

I can't play certain games on pogo.com. I had a version of just Firefox I used before & it worked great. If anyone could please help, i would appreciate it, thanks!

I keep getting 'Gah. Your tab just cashed' notices for nearly all my tabs and also Youtube keeps buffering and finally just goes black. I used trouble shooting modebut that didn't help

On homesnap web site I get a pop-up window for homes.com. I can't get back to homesnap & I can't get rid of the window to redirect to homes.com. What can I do? Thanks

What CSS code refers to the shield, padlock, permissions, or all other toolbar buttons in the address bar?

When using control to select multiple tabs, what code refers to the outline and text color of the tabs?

I'm running the latest FF under Win7. Seems that whenever I go to the Merriam-Webster (dot) com site, after a few seconds, my disk activity light goes solid, and the FF CPU usage spike to 10-25%. One time, to regain control of my system (because everything seemed hung) I actually had to resort to the physical power-down switch. Obviously I immediately ran a virus scan upon coming back up (scan showed all okay). Now, if I stay away from Merriam-Webster, FF behaves normally. But it's a damned dictionary site. I occasionally will need to use it or stumble into it. I've used MW in the past without problems. Does anyone know what's going on?

When trying to download a college lecture, instead of downloading, the file opens and runs in a new tab. In General Settings "Save files to" is set to "Downloads" and "MP3 file (audio/mp3)" is set to Save File. This worked fine for several years until the last few months. It currently works correctly in my Chrome browser, but I prefer using Firefox.

Since the recent installation of the latest version of Firefox I am getting a simple 'Forbidden' message when I attempt to get to the Go Outdoors web site. I also get the same result when attempting to go to Blacks, another outdoor supplies provider similar to Go Outdoors.

Is there a way to display a column in the bookmark manager (Ctrl+Shift+O) which would show in which folder each particular bookmark is?

Is there a way to search for bookmarks (in the bookmark manager or the bookmark sidebar (Ctrl+B)) by specifically excluding certain (bookmark) folders (e.g. MySessions, Save for Read Later, BSP2 trash folder, etc)?

If the above is not available, please kindly consider those ever since important features.
