my tabs bar, containing several hundred tabs, in firefox has suddenly decided to disappear and i can't get it to show. same for the menu toolbar (the one w/ the open, save,...) never really know which toolbar i am looking for. using latest version of ff and windows 11 desktop tried to get info directly from mozilla, but is the only place that probably has the answer.

what ever happened to support for the browser? it was relatively easy to get to the support area but now it mostly shows self-advertising for firefox.

the login never completes and there are messages at the bottom of the screen that it is waiting for various sites like ips.navigatorixa mail.com if I wait Firefox eventually times out with site not responding

l cannot access my saved passwords in firefox.wehn l open passwords, l am unabel to view or use my savwd passwords. please help me recover access to my saved passwords.

I would like firefox to be linked with face book, It's one of my daily sites, but since I made FireFox my default browser I have to sign in to face book evrytime I open it. They require cookies so change it please.

firefox on windows 11, keeps blocking my camera and Microphone despite express permissions to allow, i look in permissions and the site is clearly marked to allow camera, but when i goto sitye, no camera or mic is allowed until i delete the permission that is supposed to allow it.

I allow my camera and mic.

I return to the site and it tells me camera and microphone blocked.

I goto0 settings>Permissions>Camera

It clearly states that the website is allowed to use the devices, but when on the website the devbices are blocked. Whats messed up is, if i delete your settings>Permissions>Camera, it allows me to use my camera and mic, until i refresh the webpage and its blocked again.

This makes zero sense and is every reason for me not to use Mozille Firefox as a browser at all.

I've bought many download images through Etsy, but I find I cannot access them through Etsy's web site, nor through the sellers web site. I get a message "problem loading page"

I'm using Firefox in Windows. I lost all of my bookmarks... never mind how, I think I can prevent it from happening again... and I'm trying to figure out whether there is a way to recover them.

Looking in the profile folder, I see three profiles. One is listed on the about:profiles page, and is identified as the default. The other two aren't listed there at all.

I need to select each of those other two and see whether my bookmarks can be recovered from them. But how. The about:profiles page has a button for creating a new profile, but not for adding an existing profile to the page. Either it's listed there or it's not.

It seems to me that I could create a new profile and make it the default folder, then quit Firefox and replace it with a copy of one of the profiles I want to investigate. However, I lost my bookmarks by doing something similar to that, so I'm wary of doing it again.

Can someone explain what is happening here--why there are three profiles in the default profile's folder but only one list listed, and why there's apparently no provision for making Firefox list the others?

When Firefox was updated recently, my bookmarks toolbar had changed quite a bit. I need to know how to restore my Other Bookmarks list to be arranged in alphabetical order

Firefox lost all saved passwords and tabs. There are no other profiles on my system. It is like I just loaded a new version for the first time. Hopefully something is saved somewhere. I thought these were all saved to my profile but not anymore.

I once had a Firefox Sync account under the email [redacted] @outlook.com that I no longer can get into because of the loss of the MFA device and the recovery codes. I now use a different Firefox account under [redacted] @outlook.com. However, I did have a yearly subscription to Mozilla VPN tied to the old account that I need canceled ASAP. Are you all able to go in and cancel it for me?

Hi, I need help retrieving my Saved passwords, Bookmarks and History. I have recently changed my mobile phone and Laptop. I've logged in on both items. I can't find my password, its clean. I can only see the visited sites that were on my new mobile, but nothing from my old laptop even after login and Sync

This is a bit difficult to explain, but I'll do my best.

Our company uses NetIQ Identity Manager, which we access through a web browser. I primarily used Firefox until I had to switch to another browser because of this issue. The problem only occurs in Firefox; I have tested several Chromium-based browsers, and none of them exhibit the same behavior.

On a specific page within the application, there are two panels: one displays a list of users, and the other displays details for the selected user.

The issue is that Firefox does not show a separate scrollbar for the user details panel. Instead, it only scrolls the page based on the height of the user list panel. As a result, when the user list contains fewer entries than the amount of information displayed in the user details panel, Firefox is unable to scroll through the entire details section. The hidden information still exists and becomes visible if the browser window is resized to be taller.

When the user list contains enough entries to make that panel taller than the user details panel, all user details are displayed correctly and scrolling works as expected because the entire page can be scrolled.

In Edge and other Chromium-based browsers, both panels have their own scrollbars. The scrollbar for the user details panel is only displayed when necessary, such as when the amount of user information exceeds the available space, but scrolling works correctly in all cases.

Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue?

Unfortunately, the page is hosted on our company's internal network, so I am unable to share it.

The issue first appeared at the end of February this year. I believe I was using Firefox version 148 at the time. Prior to that, the problem did not occur. I am using Windows 11 and have tried the troubleshoot mode, which did not help.

However, when I open the tracking link in Firefox on my desktop computer, the truck's location does not display or update properly. The location appears inaccurate or does not track correctly.

The same type of location-tracking service seems to work better on other devices/browsers, so I'm wondering whether this could be related to Firefox's location permissions or geolocation handling.

I'm using Firefox on a desktop PC. Is there a Firefox setting I should check to make sure location-based tracking works correctly?

See above. Also, I can't get into this and most other websites except by turning of your Mozilla VPN. Please fix this or tell me how to do it.
