Hi Mozilla team,

I’d like to report a serious issue with Firefox lately. The browser has been performing very poorly and frequently becomes “Not Responding.” In many cases, websites fail to load properly or get stuck indefinitely, even though my internet connection is working normally.

I’m experiencing these issues on the latest version of Windows 11 with the latest version of Firefox. This has become quite frustrating and significantly affects my daily browsing experience.

I hope the Firefox team can investigate these stability and website-loading issues and provide a fix soon. Firefox used to be much more reliable, but recently the overall experience has been very disappointing.

I had multiple tab groups which I had chosen to save and close. These tab groups have now completely disappeared and I cannot find them. When I began using Tab Groups, I had checked and there was no information stating that unopened tab groups would be deleted. I want these groups back. If I had known Tab Groups would disappear, I would have saved my tabs into a folder. The only Tab Groups that show up now are under "Recent tab groups". If tab groups are going to be deleted after a set period of time, it should be stated clearly in the tab group settings. It would also be really useful to archive them into a bookmarked folder so people don't unexpectedly lose hours of research.

If I'm using the built in VPN no pages will load, regardless of the location I pick. I did not have this issue previously, I've only first saw it the other day. No websites seem to work and as long as I have the VPN turned off everything works fine.

I use a PC, Windows 11. All my bookmark titles still show, but when I click nothing happens, does not open, does not go to new page, nothing! This is now the second time on two different PC'S. on the first, I reloaded FireFox, nothing changed, so I delete complete (uninstalled) and reinstalled a fresh one. Of course I lost all my bookmarks!! Now, the exact thing has happened on my main PC, and I do not want to loose all my bookmarks! I can't even export them to a different browser!

Now I know what may be causing it but you offer no solution.

Whenever I turn the free 50GN Firefox VPN on, regardless of the set VPN location, my connection immediately cuts. I've tried refreshing Firefox, raising and lowering my security and DNS over HTTPs settings, clearing DNS cache, and updating Firefox, but none of these attempts fixed it. I can tell its the VPN since everything will load again after I turn it off.

When I had my DNS over HTTPs set to default, it used to say I was connected to cloudflare, but after trying the VPN with it set to off or custom, it now says "DNS over HTTPs is off" when set to default. When I turned on the VPN while the default setting was on, it gave me an error message regarding cloudflare that I can't remember or recreate now that the "DNS over HTTPs is off" at all times. It will only say I'm using cloudflare on the custom setting.

I had a similar issue to this issue a couple months ago, but I resolved it by putting my security settings to default. This time, it seems to be a bit more complex than that.

firefox on windows 11, keeps blocking my camera and Microphone despite express permissions to allow, i look in permissions and the site is clearly marked to allow camera, but when i goto sitye, no camera or mic is allowed until i delete the permission that is supposed to allow it.

I allow my camera and mic.

I return to the site and it tells me camera and microphone blocked.

I goto0 settings>Permissions>Camera

It clearly states that the website is allowed to use the devices, but when on the website the devbices are blocked. Whats messed up is, if i delete your settings>Permissions>Camera, it allows me to use my camera and mic, until i refresh the webpage and its blocked again.

This makes zero sense and is every reason for me not to use Mozille Firefox as a browser at all.

One instance does not have bookmarks and passwords. The machine keeps switching between instances for Default. Machine is Ideapad 1i Windows, 11 64bit. Both Versions of of Firefox Appear to be 155.0.

To get straight to the point, I use the website https://ingrails.com/school/. I've noticed an issue: when I try to print certain contents from this site using the Mozilla Firefox browser, the borders don't show up in the print preview and they don't print either. However, I don't face this problem with Edge, Chrome, or Opera. Why does this happen, and what is the solution?

I have attached some screenshots for reference. The screenshots showing the borders were taken from Edge, while the ones without borders are from Firefox.

I'm on 156.0b1 (64-bit). Since the last update the data that should appear on https://www2.commsec.com.au/portfolio/ no longer appears. The page works fine on Edge, Safari.

The rest of this site all works perfectly - it is only the data missing which is specific to my Commsec account holdings..

I can't say for certain that it was absolutely the update that's the cause - beyond my skill level - but the problem commenced from that time

Any ideas please?

Например я вошел под профилем для поиска информации в браузере и есть панель закладок для браузера, которыми пользуюсь. Также я скачал Firefox Developer Edition также вошел под тем же профилем, но хочу чтобы панель вкладок была своя, и не пересекалась с обычным Firefox. Можно ли так сделать? или нужно создавать вторую учетную запись для разработки в Firefox Developer Edition

Running Windows 11. Firefox was running at the time the hard drive crashed. When installing FF on the new drive, found the last profile folder set to parent.lock. Since it's the entire folder, I can't see which of the files in the profile were locked. I have a backup of two weeks prior (separate issue -- I was unaware my nightly backups weren't working for two weeks), but I'd like to recover the bookmark and password changes in that time.

Is there a way to get into the folder, or do I just need to accept the loss and go with the previous backup?

1- Firefox shows I have windows 10. Not so. I have windows 11 home, version 25H2. This may be problem that causes the issues. 2- Since Update months ago, profiles, bookmarks and passwords disappear constantly only for me to replace manually the bookmarks and passwords to disappear over and over again. Don't need multiple profiles just one that works as in the good old days. Used it for years but cannot find help and ready to delete and just use microsoft edge. Totally out of patience. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I use the dual English/German spell checker, a while back it stopped recognizing teh and ahve for example as the and have, only when turning off the German spell check it works again.

Is there any way to make one language take priority over the other (without having to turn languages off and on constantly?) or to get more suggested results?

The server not found response started right after two changes: 1) Firefox last update 2) opening an account with Mozilla. It usually works on second request but occasionally not. Thanks for your help in advance.

Over and over again when I try to open a website I get the notice that says "Secure Connection Failed". I have to restart my laptop and then I can open the website that I tried to access before. I've tried using the suggestions in the forum with no result in solving this problem. I've attached the page that comes up showing the problem.

It's great there is finally a way to change keyboard shortcuts. However, I cannot find a way to change the keyboard shortcuts for previous and next tabs. Ctrl+tab and ctrl+shift+tab are not very comfortable positions. I would much rather have it something like ctrl+alt+left or right.

Is this something I will be able to do soon? or maybe the setting is there and I am just being blind?
