26200.6899 - Windows 11 pro OS version 144.0.2 (64-bit) - Firefox version

After a few minutes of usage, firefox keeps freezing and crashing. Very frustrating. Seems to have started happening after recent OS upgrade.

I recently had an issue with my computer screen. The computer itself worked fine, but the screen needed to be replaced. Stupidly, I went to the Bestbuy I bought it from to use the warranty for repair. They sent it out, I just got it back, and it says they replaced my motherboard for whatever reason. My downloads and such back up automatically, but because I didn't expect them to do something so drastic, I neglected to create a backup key for my tabs and bookmarks. Obviously, they're all gone now. Is there any way I could possibly get any of this back, or am I screwed out of luck because those morons made a drastic decision that did not need to be made? I'll apologize ahead of time for my lack of technical know-how.

I really do like the new vertical tabs and I have them set to be just icons until you hover the mouse over them and then they fly out and I can read the names of the tabs. My problem is that when I switch a tab or do anything that makes the tabs expand to see their full names if I take the cursor off they fly back in but if I put the cursor on any area of how far the tabs came out to in the next few seconds they come out again even though I haven't put my cursor over the tab icon. This is really annoying for forums and really for general browsing as if I switch to a tab and want to interact with anything where the tabs came out to I have to wait like 5-10 seconds before I can click anything on that part of the page or else the tabs come flying out again. Is there any way to make it so the second my cursor isn't over the tab fly out that they will go back to the compact mode and won't come back out unless I hover over the tab icon again to alleviate this problem? I find I will often switch to a tab and then move my cursor off to the page and the names collapse so there are only icons left but I try to interact with something on the left side of the page and the tabs fly out way before my cursor goes near the tab icon and I have to take my cursor to the right then try going back to interact with that element and most of the time I have to go back and forth a few times before the tabs stop flying out so I can interact with that portion of the left side of the web page. I really like the vertical tabs but I want to be able to edit the time it takes for them to not fly back out if your cursor goes to where they had flown out to immediately, so zero seconds, instead of the 3-10 seconds or whatever it is set at by default.

Dear, When playing a video on Youtube, Jellyfin or listening to the radio the video stops after a second of playing. Restarting FireFox works for a short amount of time and after that constant pausing of video's after pressing play. Really annoying.

What I allready tried - What is pressed --> none - Rebooting PC --> 5-10 min fix - Restarting FireFox --> 5-10 min fix - Updating FireFox --> Was on the newest version of 28 OKT 2025 - Updating Windows 11 --> Was on the newest version - Problem Solving Mode (So plugins/addons disabled) --> No fix - Chrome --> Works perfectly - Brave --> Works perfectly

Any idea's/fixes

I've been using profiles for a while after switching to firefox from chrome as my main browser. I was excited to see the profile manager finally come out so it would be easier to switch between them. However, only one of my profiles is showing up. The other one is not there, so I still have to use the old method to switch over to it. How can I get my other profile to show up in the profile manager?

144.0.2 firefox version has an issue with bookmarks keep, they keep dissapearing & i have to use firefox fix from uninstall option to restore. unable to use email links as it requests that i close firefox window before it can open links, when i do this all bookmarks are gone & i then have to start again. I'm running win11 25h2 with all updates done both chrome & edge are not causing issues

I’m getting this error for some reason, and I can’t figure it out. I’ve tried downloading various support files for different codecs, yet I still can’t play videos on websites or live videos like YouTube livestreams.

I’ve tried reinstalling the browser, VLC, and updating the media drivers, but it still doesn’t help. The same videos run fine in other browsers like Edge, but for some reason, they won’t play in Firefox.

After updating to the new version all of my open tabs & Bookmarks have disappeared with no option to recover. Additionally, all of my saved passwords for the various tabs I use daily no longer auto-generate with just a couple of clicks of the mouse.

I’m facing an issue with my restaurant-related website Bojangles Menu with Prices—https://bojanglesmenuprices.us. .

When I search for my website in Firefox or share one of its pages through the browser (for example, by copying the link or sharing via email/social media), the preview doesn’t display correctly. Sometimes the image thumbnail is missing, and other times the meta title or description doesn’t appear.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Checked the Open Graph (OG) and meta tags on my site.

Cleared Firefox cache and cookies.

Verified that the site preview works fine on Chrome and Edge.

Updated all social and sharing metadata in my HTML.

Is there any Firefox-specific issue or setting that could affect how link previews or shared content are displayed? I’d really appreciate any help on how to make my Bojangles Menu website show up correctly when searched or shared via Firefox.

For the third month in a row every, EVERY!!!, password I have saved to my Firefox browser have disappeared. Poof, GONE! For as long as I've used Firefox, 10-15 years, it had never happened before September of 25 Some of these password, prior to September, I'd had for years. Yes, I know I should change them over time, but I haven't. How do i recover them? I'm really Pi---d off. Help!

Trying to set up Firefox on new computer. Haven't used log-in for years. My email account is closed. So code is sent to defunct email. How can I get access to my account so I can change my email address and get Firefox synced to my new computer? Used to be able to login into ml.com, now get "We're sorry, but we can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later." Tried clearing cache/cookies etc. Tried multiple days/weeks. I can login on Chrome. Merrill Lynch says it's a Firefox issue and seems uninterested in doing anything, like contacting Mozilla about the problem. So here I am.

I can log into a random website and it goes right in then turns black and i can't see anything, i shut it down .... bring it back up and it does it again, any ideal what is happening ?

THE ABOVE ERROR MESSAGE HAS PREVENTED ME FROM ACCESSING 3 WEBSITES - PaddyPower, Ladbrokes, & UK National Lottery. None of the suggested remedies has had any effect. Can you fix it?
