When using any Microsoft 365 product on the browser I keep getting a prompt to "Please sign in" although I am already signed in. I can click the Sign in button and a about:blank page pops up for a split second. Then within a half hour or so, it will pop up again. I deleted my cookies but the problem still persists. Does not happen on other browsers.

I managed to find my Backup-files in my Mozilla-files, but upon copying it i only got my closed Tabs back and not my closed Tab-Groups. I lost like months worth of Tabs and dont know how to restore them.

Firefox recently started "eating" my tabs: closing them without my permission. There are several tabs I want to keep open at all times, because I refer to them from time to time throughout the day, but Firefox closes them from time to time. I googled the issue and the AI directed me to two settings: browser.tabs.unloadOnLowMemory and browser.tabs.min_inactive_duration_before_unload. It suggested setting the first one to "false" and increasing the duration of the second, or setting it to "false." However, the setting will only accept numeric values.

Since I am not having low memory issues, I want Firefox to leave my tabs alone. Is there any way to actually do this? If not, it would be really nice if Firefox developers reversed this intrusive change.

Whenever I try to watch videos on Anime Slayer APK in Firefox, I get a message saying the browser is “unsupported” or the video just won’t play. I’m using the latest version of Firefox on Windows, and I’ve already cleared my cache and disabled extensions, but the issue persists.

Interestingly, the same videos work fine in Chrome and Edge — so it seems like a Firefox-specific problem.

Is there some setting or add-on I need to enable to make it work? Or is this a known compatibility issue with certain websites?

Thanks for any help you can provide — I’d rather not switch browsers if I can avoid it.

I often listen to streaming audio over my AV system, when my TV/monitor is off. After I turn it on while listening, the audio speeds up! (This happens on various streams, and YouTube, so it's not a particular site. It doesn't happen on another browser, so, apparently it's not my computer.) Is this just some bug?

When I open a private window, my bookmarks sidebar is showing. I can easily remove it but it shouldn't be there. Until very recently, private windows didn't have the bookmarks sidebar. I don't know why this started but I would like to find some way to have the bookmarks sidebar NOT automatically appear when I open a private window (but of course I want to continue to have bookmarks automatically appear in regular Firefox windows). I've looked online and tried various methods that were supposed to work, but they don't. Can you tell me how I can fix this (minor) problem? Thanks.

When using Firefox browser on my new Windows 10, when I click on "History", the background screen color is sometimes black and sometimes white. I want it to always be white. How do I do that?

When testing our web application, I can consistently get the tab to crash in Firefox (not other browsers). This happens even when running in Troubleshoot mode.

Hello! I've been seeing some strange behavior on firefox launch or on new profile launch. There is a popup during startup, can't see it on the screen but I can see it in tray. Is this normal or no? I observed it on two different hp notebooks so far.

I have created several groups (currently 4 with a total of 11 tabs combined). When a group is closed, do those tabs become inactive, reducing their impact on Firefox/computer performance, or do they still remain active and impacting overall performance?

After exporting bookmarks.html from Ffox on old computer, importing it to Ffox on the new one, all good, except that bookmarks toolbar shows on the imported list but doesn't display as toolbar.

How can I sync my groups between different instances of Firefox (other computer)? That should cover both active and saved groups to have real usefulness. Thank you

From a week ago, for no apparent reason, I get "403 Forbidden" when I try to read articles on seattletimes.com using my prescription to the site. It's a total block of the site.

After rebooting, the site is OK until I log in, as needed to read particular articles. Then nothing is accessible any more.

The trouble is the same on all my laptop/desktop computors, which all have Firefox and are in sync with it, and once I log into the site on one of them it's blocked on all. But this doesn't affect my android phone, on which every article can still be read.

This is clearlly therefore a Firefox problem.  I'm worried that I'll have to switch out of Firefox to some other browser.  This is unreliable behavior.
