Hey so I've been having this issue for a while now and I don't know how to fix it.

I hoard my tabs so using TST (tree style tab) for firefox is extremely helpful for my studies and hoarding tendencies, I will remove the tabs from the top of my screen easily. Due to my computer breaking and being replaced, I've had to redo this process and I cannot find any data for firefox in my documents.

I don't know if this is an issue anyone else has faced and has fixed it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

PS: I have reinstalled FF several times now and it doesn't fix the issue :(

I've been noticing for a while that Youtube chapters were very hard to read if they were displaying over a white background. I thought this was just a Youtube issue but then I decided to boot up Edge and Brave to see if the issue still persisted. It doesn't. What happens in those browsers is that there is that the bottom part of the video is darkened just enough so that when the chapters are displayed there is enough contrast to read them. In Firefox this overlay cuts out before it reaches the chapters making them very difficult to read. I tried in Troubleshoot Mode and the issue persists.

I have an HP Omen and am running Win 10. For several days, every time I try to do something, even just type, a black box opens and I can't close it on the first five or six tries. It's like the black box with the list of choices that starts with "Open in New Tab." It brings up all kinds of black boxes, and I haven't done anything to the computer, upgrading or anything. I know very little and would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Would you mind adding bookmarks setting ,such as bookmarked site can be stored in ascending or descending order (automate this accord to date they add) according to user requirement's.This would be very helpful for professional and students . Thank you Mozilla team and Developer for your time.

In the last 4 days Firefox is constantly freezing on the Tile Pages of multiple streaming sites. It becomes non-responsive, and won't let me reload or use the Home button. I have tried turning off hardware acceleration and clearing the cache and I still have the same issue.

Youtube has this issue the most. On any other browser YouTube works fine; however, on firefox, videos sutter, play at a very low FPS and if I try to interact with the page like pause the video, it takes somewhere between 5 to 20 seconds for the site to respond and actually pause the video.

This happens on other websites as well that have interactive features

Additionally, when on sites like discord or LinkedIn, if a video starts playing and I pause it the audio will continue playing and loop and overlap over itself. The only way it will stop is if I refresh the site.

I have tried updating my video drivers, reinstalling them, changing all the settings possible on my computer to make it work but nothing yet. Thanks for the help.

Since the last update various programs we try to play on ITVX.com hang Firefox. Again tonight we ended up having to switch to chrome which behaves ok. End up having to crash FF from Task Manager.

Since recent Firefox update, Yahoo mail won't let me send messages, reply, delete, or move mail to another folder. I can't mark the mail as important, or close an email I've opened by x-ing out of it. I can only open an email and can get back to my email folder by clicking on the folder. Pretty much unusable. In safe mode it has the same problem. I tested my Yahoo mail using Chrome and it works the way it's supposed to, but I much prefer Firefox. Thank you.

I need Web3 functionality for my applications. Will there be any updates without having to change browsers to Chrome? How soon will this take place?

Netflix will crash when DRM is turned on. When i turn DRM off, the website won't crash, but it is impossible to watch a movie (error F7701-1003).

Windows 10, Acer Aspire A314-32, 64 bit. Firefox version 111.0.1

I used to be able to install an extension, and than see it automatically pin itself on my toolbar now I have to select the add ons and theme icon on toolbar and manually pin each extension I install one by one. I do not want to have to keep doing this. Will someone please tell me what is going on and how to revert this back to how it originally was?

Windows11 Firefox 111.0.1 (64 bit) intermittently stops loading page while scrolling. Won't refresh or go back to previous page. No error message. Have to restart Firefox.

I have used Firefox for many years, on a Windows 10 64 bit desktop with DuckDuckGo Search engine. Two websites I subscribe to will not let me use firefox to sign in using Firefox. However Microsoft Edge allows me to sign in. WHY do I have a problem using Firefox?

Do some of my settings need to be changed?

PS Also why is it so difficult finding the version # ? this used to be using the about option and I can't find that anymore.

I use Chrome for the college where I teach but I know I can use Firefox it I choose to. So, I tried logging into the college site on FireFox but no matter what I do it tells me the password is wrong. It is the password I use on Chrome and is tied to the college site. How do I get it to work in FireFox? What am I missing? Thanks, LucyVan

I cannot enter the second email address because it keeps telling that that address already exists, yet the settings page says that there is none. and no one has answered any of these postings. so what's the point of all this nonsense? this is pitiful.You guys badmouth chrome yet I've never had a problem like this with them. I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for a reply.

I have not been able to log into www.mycigna.com account for the past week or so. I use DuckDuckGo as the search engine and never had this problem logging into my account before using Firefox. For the past week I have been getting this message when I submit my log in data - We're sorry but myCigna is unavailable at this time. Please contact our customer service for assistance. So, I called them today and spoke with a tech. I told him I used Firefox and DuckDuckGo and he advised me that others have had that problem using ddg as a search engine. He asked me to try to log in using a different browser and I was able to log in and access my account using Edge. So, I tried Firefox again after changing the search engine to Edge and still wasn't able to log in. Do you guys have any idea why I can't log in using Firefox anymore, or should I just continue to use Edge for that particular website? If you can help, please let me know. Thanks Larry

why when I try to open my Facebook , always ask code in a strange email (not mine) that make me unable to regain my Facebook account which is stored in Firefox (Dr_elzanfaly@hotmail.com ) Mohammad Alzanfaly
