Can I get support for THIS website on this website....?

Either way, for some strange reason, a handful of the buttons or text on my screen is displaying in another language (attempting to right click and translate says it's Galician..?) while the rest of it is in English. Not sure what's causing that. I can only read English, the only language set on my browser (or even my computer in general) is English (US).

Hello, the Secure Connection Failed started up after one of your recent updates. It is affecting News Max and my banks internet banking software. Both sites work fine in MS Edge. The fix I read on your site said to try this: "In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.

   Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
   copy the next security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling and paste it in the search field
   double-click on it to make it false
   close the page, exit firefox and restart it. "

Doesn't work for me. What else can I try?

The E*Trade analyst research tab does not display properly with text appearing over top of other text, strange numbers, and certain links inactivated. See attached example screenshots showing issues (yellow highlighting with Firefox) and proper display (green highlighting with Chrome). Thanks!

Okay, so starting a few months ago, ANY time I try to search Google from my Firefox start/home page... Nothing. It just will not go. It just loads forever. 3 out of 5 times it will not do anything. However, I can go to Opera which has all the same plugins and its totally fine. Most times i open a new tab I know confidently that whatever I try to search for is not going to load.

This keeps up Im gonna uninstall Firefox and just start using Opera full time.

I'd like to be able to see the help page on audible in desktop browser I can still open the help page in chrome but not Firefox and it is annoying having to switch browsers.

Can Firefox please sort out why I get this message when i try to type or search firefox for proton.me my email service. The error code keeps comming up and I need to get pass it.

The error was Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to proton.me. The OCSP response is not yet valid (contains a date in the future). Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_FUTURE_RESPONSE The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.

That is why I am contacting firefox help team. Please fix it. I am signed into firefox and still get that message.

When I am browsing in either regular mode or safe mode, the scroll buttons for next or previous slide do not appear on the MSN web page. However, if I open a private browsing tab from either regular or safe mode, the scroll buttons appear and are functional. I am running Firefox version 129.0.2 (64 bit) on Windows 11 Home version 23H2. I have refreshed Firefox and also uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I have also toggled "always show scrollbars" on in Windows settings. No change. These scroll buttons function in other browsers (Edge, Chrome), but I prefer Firefox. Where do I go from here?

For the past couple weeks, comments on WSJ articles and opinions have not shown up in Firefox. They show up just fine if I use Edge. I'm running Firefox 128.0.2 on a Windows 10 computer.

I run uBlock origin. I tried disabling it, but that has no effect on the problem.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Since 129.01 i cannot play HD Videos on amazon any longer. This Problem happened alot over the years. It really goes on my nerve. The only reason i cannot get rid of spyware like chrome is because its the only method to watch amazon videos reliably. SD only works, Widevine also had an update yesterday, so maybe its part of the problem. Anyway, did a Firefox reset, testet on another windows machine. Does not work anymore. Please fix it.

I'm getting the F7701-1003 error every time I try to play Netflix (works fine on other browsers). I tried every step of this guide this guide and triple checked it. I tried uninstalling, resetting profile, I that checked resistfingerprinting is turned on. I'm kind of at a lost. At this point I'm being forced to use other browsers...

I was told my bank that there has been an issue with firefox since the last upgrade. I can sign into my account, but if I try to do anything or click on anything, the site locks up and I can not do anything except for sign out. They told me that it was on your end and that you needed customers to reach out. It's becoming frustrating that I can't use firefox for this application. I can get into my account and do what needs to be done with other browsers. What can you do on your end. The bank is Mission Federal Credit Union. Thank you! Trying to get to the "http://localhost:631" website from my Ubuntu 22.04, but always get "can not connect". What is going on? What do I need to do to fix this? I have tried to add this website to the exception list but it changes the http to https.

The mail.com login page does not function. It loads but all the tabs on the drop-down log-in menu are dead. At the same a long list of text tabs appears on the left side (superimposed over page in light blue print). These text tabs function, but there is no login option among them.

I have tried refreshing and opening a new tab, nothing works.

The page works fine on Bing.

The failure began in late July.

I use this 2 websites almost on a daily basis: www.saij.gob.ar and www.cij.gov.ar. They are official government websites that contain information about the laws and jurisprudence of my country. Since about last friday, whenever I access any page on those websites they don't display all the information they are supposed to. In the case of saij.gob.ar pages only show the header, but not the full text of the law. In the case of cij.gov.ar/sentencias.html when I try to download a court ruling I get a 0kb file. I thought it was an issue with the websites, but it turns out I can access them just fine from my phone using Chrome. I can even access them on the same pc, using Firefox private browser mode. It seems to be an issue with the "regular" version of the browser. This is a big deal to me, because I need to use those websites for work.

Notice how small the scrollbar is in the second image, because there's a lot more content on the exact same page. Before you ask: I already tried accessing the website on "troubleshooting mode", it keeps displaying it wrong.

This current version of Firefox (126.0) is preventing Yahoo! Comments from showing/displaying in ANY Yahoo! article. After I finished reading a Yahoo! article, the Yahoo! Comments is viewed but upon clicking on Comments, it just disappeared. It happens in any Yahoo! article with Comments. I used Safari to see if I experience similar issue but Safari is able to show/display Yahoo! Comments upon clicking on them. I have no other browser plug-in or app in Firefox preventing Yahoo! Comments from showing, it seems to be a Firefox JavaScript issue.

Whenever I try to sign into any Google site whether it is Gmail, Google, Youtube. or even signing into a site with a google account like Pinterest I get sent to the google help page taking about clearing cache & cookies. Even from there when i click sign in it just refreshes the page never actually taking me to the sign in page.
