Firefox is no longer compatible with my bank's system. I can't log in with the secure access code the bank sends to verify my identity when using Firefox. The bank says it is a problem with Firefox. Other browsers work flawlessly ... are you working on a solution? I only use Firefox unless forced to use something else ...

Hello After last firefox update this page mail.proton.me (specifically: https://mail.proton.me/u/0/inbox) does not load for me.

It works in chrome and edge but not firefox. I cleared my cookies and cache but it did not help. All I get is blank white page and sometimes error message. I attach screen from my F12 menu when I try to load page. In brave for example there is much more activity than in FF.

I can no longer log into twitch, it says my browser isn't supported.

Before you say anything: I have the latest version of Firefox, I have disabled all addons, cleared all cache and cookies, even tried a complete, clean re-install. I can log-in in other browsers, just not in Firefox. I have disabled enhanced tracking protection as well, didn't work.

Does anyone have an idea?

It seems like after an update I cant connect firefox to my plex server I did a browser clear and it worked temporally but it started again. But it will connect if i use Safari Please advise Seems to be a Http Https issue

Hello, Ever since Firefox did an automatic update. I can't go to my website like crunchyroll.com & my bank account website! I used Brave browser and I can get through them easily. Could you please fix this update and firefox so I can go to my websites please? Thank you

Hi Mozilla, I'm a loyal and longtime user and have had no major problems I can remember in the last 15 years. Recently, however, I've found that over the last seven or so months I have had great difficulty managing my New York Times (http://www.nytimes.com) and New Yorker (https://www.newyorker.com/account/profile) accounts. I have had to update credit card information, change passwords and update personal information and I've only been able to do this by switching to an alternate browser (usually Safari). I'm constantly told that I should be using Chrome with them, which I DO NOT want to do. Can you find out why Firefox won't fully work with these sites? After one of the updates in March qrz.com is no longer displaying correctly. This was working before. When you lookup callsign W5WLG with Chrome you will see flags of different countries under the bold title W5WLG. This used to work fine on Firefox until about 2 updates ago. See the attached screenshots.

I regularly receive email advice (via Thunderbird) from companies to access my account with them.

Two days ago I selected a link to direct me to the secure form. I note that the exact same link has been provided to me in the past and opened. This time however I was confronted with "Invalid Address".

I was advised to copy the link into another browser; I chose "Edge" and the form opened.

I have cleared FireFox's "Recent History" but that still gives no joy.

How do I overcome this?

Is there something in a configuration file that I might edit, or a potentially corrupt Windows Registry entry?

I do not use any Windows Security depending upon Bitdefender (which has never created any issues of this nature).

Hi there team! Since a Mozilla upgrade earlier this year, I have been unable to create a reply to certain posts made by folks I follow on Threads social media. It occurs about 20% of the time, intermittently yet consistently. When I seek to create a reply, the response window opens with a restricted field that does not allow me to enter any text. Please see the attached screen shot. It's just a box with no cursor. The restriction has never occurred when I'm on Edge or Chrome, only on Firefox. But I prefer Firefox. I am a senior who uses an IBM-clone desktop running Windows10 (contemplating Win11, but that's another story). I use standard Mozilla security settings for browser privacy. Firefox browser is current. I have attempted shutting down all ad blockers in isolation and in combinations attempting to rectify with no results. I am guessing I possibly have some setting out of whack, but I have no clue what this is called or how to fix this. Not a major issue but a continual annoyance and a puzzlement. Am I the only person who has this problem? Is it a Threads issue perhaps? (their help is non-existent). However the issue does not occur when I use Threads on my Android phone, and it has never occurred on Bluesky, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube or any other platform I access. I try to connect to gpx.studio and I get the message

"WebGL 2 is required to display the map."

then "Hmm. While your browser seems to support WebGL2, it is disabled or unavailable"

However, when I connect to the same site with Chrome everything works and the map is displayed.

What can I do ? Is it a problem of graphic card blocked by Firefox ?

I enter msn.ca on an open tab, https://www.msn.com/en-ca is displayed in the tab window but no content is displayed. No extensions are enabled.

Works in Edge browser. Also doesn't work with Brave browser

I encounter a bug, which youtube website still loads normally. The problem occur when I tried to open one of the youtube video and it just a black box with no normally youtube playback button, but the recommendation can be view as I scroll further down. Entering in-video mode, cause it to going back previous page but no small video playback at the corner.

Normally, I would think my internet was a bit slower, but opening youtube in chrome or other browsing software have no such problem. I try watching Netflix on firefox, and it just works fine but the youtube things still occur.

dunno if this is the right board, but here goes...

I discovered a bug with Firefox and the pen/touchscreen on my lenovo X1 tablet.

Using the touchscreen, move the map, map works as it should. Can pinch to zoom, ect.

Switch to the pen, map works with pen.

Touch the screen again and Google maps doesn't respond to touchscreen anymore, only the pen, and refresh does not fix it. I have to close and re-open maps in a new tab.

In chrome, this does not happen. Only in Firefox.

I am using the latest version of Firefox and I can not log on to facebook.com and I get a graphic with Oops somthing went wrong (see image). This has started happening in the last couple of days since I updated Firefox..

I can login in Chrome without a problem I have disabled all add ons My cache has been cleared My history is removed when I exit Firefox. I have not changed any firewall settings.

Is anyone else having this problem?

With the new update to Firefox v137 I am no longer able to sign in to Government sites using my bank as a sign in partner. Google Chrome will sign in so it has something to do with the new update. I have cleared cache and all data and still no luck with the sign in. Any help would be appreciated because Firefox has been my default browser for years and I'm not interested in changing.

The latest firefox browser for windows desktop pc broke the ability to log in to at&t (also called yahoo) email. The email works fine on microsoft edge and chrome. It worked fine on firefox until the last update.

For some time now, Firefox has asked for a PIN when I log into Amazon. I would put in a PIN and it would take me to the Amazon login page ... until last week. Now it gets stuck in a loop, asking for that PIN. Here's what the window says:

Making sure it's you

Sign in with your passkey to "amazon.com" as "account name"

This request comes from the app "Firefox.exe" by "Mozilla Corporation"

I end up doing a hard reset on the browser, and using Edge to get into Amazon (without any problem.) Clearly, a Firefox issue. Not Windows, not Amazon.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
