Hello I installed Windows some time ago, after that when I installed Firefox and added my account to it, none of my data was there, even though I had backed up a lot of passwords, bookmarks and add-ons. Now I have to check if I have any data. Syncing is not happening. Please check my account and help me recover my data.

Since the new updates the shortcut to add a new tab is gone - how do I get that back. Also i can no longer download my videos from facebook to upload to youtube - can that be fixed as well?

Hi all, I've looked high and low for this, but can't find it... I have a couple of laptops and a desktop - one of the laptops has started showing a sidebar with buttons. I really like the utility of it and want to do same on second laptop and desktop, but all the settings I've tried just give me the old style of bookmarks. The version I want has a side pane with curved corners, and several buttons remain along left, almost like a left hand side menu bar. But where's the on/off button to add it to my other machines? All using latest version, and all logged in as me - I don't understand why, if its an update, it hasn't done so to all computers?

It works in Chromium 139 , Firefox ESR 128 , and latest WPS Office. HOW IF A CHINESE USER CANNOT TYPE CHINESE IN LATEST NIGHTLY (Debian forky/sid ,Linux kernel 6.16-rc7-amd64)

My firefox automatically updated on January 14th. Since the update, it opens with the tool bar above/off the screen, the left side off the screen, and it doesn't allow me to scroll. If I go the the firefox icon at the bottom of the screen and click close window, I can sometimes get it to re-open normally and then leave it open for the balance of the day. I am running windows 11. My wife and I are have the same issue right after the update. Is there a fix on the way or a setting I can change to fix this.

Not as important but I want to get away from all things google. Right now my firefox is tied to a gmail account. To be void of google, do I need to completely take firefox off my computer and re-install with a new email account or can I transfer the account to a new email?

My laptop operating system Linux ubuntu crashed. I had to reboot using new linux OS Linux Mint. Laptop now working but have lost all my search. I sometimes use DuckDuck to serach. Help in recovering my bookmarks.

A while back I noticed that my google calendar no longer sends reminders to my gmail (or rather, I suspect, gmail does not receive them). Yesterday I missed an important meeting because of this, so I want to get to the bottom of it. I verified that the reminders are properly set in my calendar, so I have to assume that they are going out. The pop-up windows do pop, so I assume that it is not on the calendar side. I also noted that calendar.google.com and gmail.google.com have the proper permissions to send pop-ups and notifications to gmail, which indicates to me that this end of the equation is working. (Don't know how to isolate the error further, though.) It seems that the Firefox settings need to be changed somehow. Any ideas?

For the Life of me, I cannot Figure-out how to drag-and-drop websites from the Address bar, to the Desktop on the Computer. I tried dragging the Padlock didn't work. I tried dragging the Shield didn't work. Tried even dragging the whole URL. and even made bookmarks with the Link just to try it.

What am I missing? Wracking my brain trying to Figure-out the Conundrum

I'd like to take a full-page screenshot of my content within my Canvas/Instructure online class, but it only captures what's visible. I've tried opening the frame in its own tab, but it doesn't help.

When I use my phone to capture the entire page, it can work, but it's so narrow! Plus I have to continuously tap the "Scroll Down" button for the capturing process to capture more and more.

Why didn't you tell me when you asked me to reset my password that it would wipe out all of my sync data????😰😠😭

If I would have known I would have just waited to try my password again later.

There must be a way. This just happened the whole reason why I signed in was to sync my data to my new phone. PLEASE recover my data!!!!!!!

And pls change ur UI to say in when asking if you want to change ur email password that it may wipe all ur data and nothing will be available!!!
