Hi I mean one of these (image below) ? The goal is to prevent reloading the tabs among ones that were openned in a previous session and I don't need anymore (and by the way FF won't update my history as not needed) - Even if I'd didn't use "Startup/Restore last session", this would be a great feature to be able to close with right-click any tabs whose names in shown in the drop list when so many tabs are openned that the last ones can't fit in the width of the window (actually tabs "toolbar"). Thanks you for this great browser. I asked this 2 years ago if there's a way.

I am using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 32 Bit. It came with a per-installed Firefox browser which updated itself to version 66. When I want to print something the page setup button does not provide options to set the page margins. Hence the margins are permanently set to one inch on all sides. I sometimes need to print documents which need extremely small margins, e.g., 0.2 inches on all sides. The only options available in the Page Setup dialogue box are: Format For, Paper Size, and Orientation. On the other hand, clicking the Print button provides several tabs, including one named 'Page Setup', but this one does not provide margin settings either. Another tab here named 'Options' provides the options to leave the header and footer blank but no options of setting the margins. Any help would be welcome. Thank you.

I have a new ubunutu 16.04 machine which I recently connected to my workplace domain where multiple users login to the same machine with there workplace account names. When a user login to the machine it logins successfully but when try to open firefox get this message

I tried some suggested solutions:
sudo chmod -R 777 .mozilla/ rm -rf ~/.mozilla/ rm -rf ~/.cache/mozilla/ https://askubuntu.com/a/314915/304905
I tried all these but nothing worked. I wonder how I can fix this permanently from my machine local admin account so that when a new user logins to the machine for the first time firefox works without problems and without him having to do something?

Hello. I had naively let my computer do an upgrade of Mozilla. Guess what. All data gone. History, bookmarks, add-ons. I didn't have a back-up of bookmarks, well, at least not recent.
How can I get them back? I've spent a lot of time with setting up Firefox so it would be comfortable to me, I've spent my time in it, and now it's all gone and I don't even remember the name of some add-ons I used to use.

Ubuntu 18.04 There is a proxy. No any antivirus software installed.
On some sites there is warning: Your connection is not secure. If i pressed "Advanced". The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. After that, i choose "Add Exception" and "Get certificate". After receiving certificate, i get
- the site provides valid, verified identification".
So I can close "Add Exception" window and refresh the page. All works fine.
Another way if HSTS used. There is not chance to "Add Exception". But sometimes i just need to reload page. Or another page with the same domen load successfully.
What i tried todo:
updates certificates: sudo dpkg-reconfigure ca-certificates
remove cert file of firefox: ~/.mozilla/firefox/qrpsqrx2.default/cert9.db.
It seems to be usefull, but not a long time. So: problem still exist.

Hello,
I receive this restart message multiple times now.
But there was no firefox update. All package updates are handled by the ubuntu apt manager and apt did not update firefox and it was not an unattended-upgrade from the system.
What update is it? It is worrying me.
With the last update, arrow key navigation seems broken, its not behaving like it did the seconds before Firefox interrupted my browsing to update itself.

Before the latest update on 9/17/18, I was able to use the arrow keys to move the page up and down with no issues other than occasionally I had to click somewhere on the page to get the arrows to start working. Now, I don't even know how to describe it. It's broken. I arrow down and it adds a cursor at the end of text, but you can't type, then all of a sudden it jumps to the bottom of the page and I can't arrow back up either. It just jumps all over the page. wth??? It's even doing it on this page. It's frustrating because I primarily use the arrow keys to navigate without a mouse. I've restarted FF and my Ubuntu OS. Any insight would be appreciated.
how do i find if there was a firefox in my Ubuntu package?
