I was trying to sign in to siriusxm.com. A box came up that said "Please insert your security key", with a diagram that looks like a flash drive. It said the request came from FireFox Mozilla Corp.

Is this one flashdrive key that will work for everything Firefox Mozilla Corp wants to guard, or it is something required by SiriusXM? I've never heard of it, but have seen it pop up for two or three things in the last week. I don't know how to satisfy the requirement. I looked though the topics on FireFox help page, and nothing mentions it that I can find.

I looked on multiple forums but can't find an answer.

I am trying to setup 2 way authentication for the Mozilla extensions account. But i can't get past the "Confirm backup authentication code" part.

I get the error:

"There was a problem confirming your backup authentication code"

Here is the codes that i got (can be public because it's expired and i left 2 of them out):

So i copy just one of them, and i get the error.

• No im not copying all of them, just one
• No i don't have spaces in there
• No there is no capitals or anything in there or caps (im copy pasting).

It's very odd and i can't upload my application.

Please advice. Anyone have some idea?

How do i stop having to type in 6 letters when signing in now. This is new and I'd like to stop it for EVERY time I open Firefox. Once a week would be fine! Thanks

I have tried 4-5 times today unsuccessfully to setup my Firefox browser on my new Mac laptop. Cannot seem to actually receive any emails from Firefox with the verification codes. Have checked my spam filters, no emails sent there. Nothing sent to other email folders. Made sure accounts@firefox is in my address book. Not forwarded to another email address. And have sent test emails to my account associated with my Firefox account. They come thru successfully. But nothing at all from Firefox. Is there an email problem today from the Firefox servers?

I recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. Now when I try to login to a platform, my verification codes to my phone are coming through too slow. What is causing the delay?

I never received a confirmation code to sync with my other computer. I've tried to followed all the instruction per request, still no avi.

I've followed below instruciton from your team:

   Search your inbox for emails from accounts@firefox.com with the subject line "Confirm your account". Be sure to also check Spam/Junk folders.
   Add accounts@firefox.com to your whitelist/address book. After that you, will need to trigger another confirmation email by trying to sign into your account again.
   Check that you’re using the correct email address. Very often the email you’re trying to sign in with is not the email the account was created with.
   If you're using an email application to check your inbox, try using your email provider's website instead, or vice-versa.
   Disable any VPN or special DNS configuration when attempting to sign into your account

Hello, On March 1, I worked with the Mozilla help team to create a recovery key. Now that I need it, it says it is an MS Dos executable file, and that I can't run that file on my computer. I have tried a few workarounds from google, but really I just need my recovery key. I thought maybe this was because wordpress is no longer available on Windows PCs but I can't open it in word either, it just keeps saying it's an MS Dos executable file.

I really need the recovery key because I can't access anything on one of my computers. Can you assist?

I recently bought a new laptop and am trying to sink my current mozilla browser with the new computer. However I can't seem to get an authentication code and don't know where/if I saved Mozilla backup codes. please help1
