Starting today, amazon web pages are not updating correctly. The amazon web page appears normal till I sign in, then it doesn't update "cart" contents or show account holders name or list any "Lists" when accessing account saved lists. I have deleted entire history, and all cookies and caches X 3. I Rebooted computer along with a "system command control reset" and still the pages are not loading correctly. Short of reinstalling "Firefox" what more can I do? Are there any "Preference" files or files with specific extensions I can delete? Thank you. Gerard

Today, it started.
When I open sites that I am subscribed to, a small gray-shaded nearly transparent rectangular window appears in the upper right of the screen (see attached screen capture), and it blocks access to login and search, thus rendering the site inoperable. The latest site rendered inoperable is Amazon shopping, so this is not a minor thing. I can no longer retain Firefox as my default browser.
No other browser on my Mac does this; the earlier version of Firefox active last night did not do so either. What is the purpose of this gray-shaded window? It makes the latest browser appear to be infected with malware.
Running OSX 10.13.6 on a mid 2012 Macbook Pro.

Ever since the last Firefox update that released, the Firefox on my home computer is extremely slow. Takes 5 minutes to load a page. I open Chrome or Edge and everything loads extremely fast no issues. I do not want to leave Firefox as it is my favorite browser and has been for many years. What can I do to troubleshoot this issue?

When I enter to the website it shows the labels of the cities, countries and all the elements on the map, until it finish loading, then everything desappears. So, after two second you have the map empty with the icons and roads but no name of city or any other element in it, it only happens when using Firefox.

In the last few days, a transparent rectangular panel is showing up in the upper right hand corner when I open certain websites--Washington Post, The Nation, and Talking Points Memo, and this morning Kanopy and the Zojirushi website. It often covers functions like login and search. I can *see* the buttons, but I can't click them through the transparent panel.

I lost all of my bookmarks, settings, etc. I un-installed it because the look was so different I thought maybe I could get back what I had lost if I re-installed. Well, that didn't work. Firefox Version 129.0.1 64 bit Windows 11. When I am in a New Tab, and I do a search (Google is my search engine) the results do not display. I type in search words, I hit Enter, and the screen does a very quick blip, and then nothing. This is very frustrating. I have wasted too much time trying to figure it out. It does not do it all the time, but most of the time. This started with the latest Firefox update. Is this a Settings issue?
