My devices haven't synced in 3 weeks (my phone says 2/2/2016; my personal laptop says 2/7/2016). When I click the 'sign in' button on the sync page on my work laptop, it just gives me a screen that says '500 Error Oh dear, something went wrong there. We've been notified and will get working on a fix." with a big blue 'Home' button that takes me nowhere (see image attached).

I'm trying to log back into Firefox Sync, when I get the authorsiation code to my email Inbox, I enter it into the Firefox login screen. I've tried Copying & Pasting and manually typing the code, but no matter what I get the message "Invalid Authorisation Code" then after several attempts - I have to wait another 15 minutes before trying again.
I don't want to reset my password, as I don't want to loose all my bookmarks, history, saved passwords etc...

I"ve read through other articles. My firefox and sync are up to date. I have bookmarks checked. I use two firefox on two different microsoft PCs. I tried changing my options in sync to see if the chances would show up in firefox on my other computer. They did, so I have that much right. I tried turning off bookmarks in the sync, syncing, then clicking the box and syncing again. I want to say it can't be me, but of course it has to be or everyone would be having the same problem.
Installed Firefox on new laptop and signed in. All my old addons installed correctly, but none of my bookmarks appear. Please help!
I've already tried disconnecting my other device with Firefox and rebooting.

I have an android phone running android 9 (Pie) and I had over 100 tabs on it open (mostly news articles and stuff). It is signed into my Firefox account. I realized that's a lot of tabs and the past 2 days I've been actually sorting them and closing some of them. I realized I could do this on my desktop as well. Anyways my phone froze while I had Firefox open, and I realized my tabs on there were all missing... I decided not to panic yet because I could still get to them on my desktop. Turns out when I open the "synced tabs" pane on my desktop which is logged into the same firefox account.. none of the 100+ tabs are there anymore either. How do I actually contact someone that can revert my sync status or whatever to a previous state so I can get my tabs and stuff back that I had open? Firefox crashing on my phone SHOULD NOT EVER somehow close all of those tabs on BOTH the phone and the computer. I guess the crash of firefox somehow wiped them out, and then my desktop synced with that account, realized those tabs were "closed" and cleared the list there as well.

I logged into my Firefox account succefully but however I can't sync my data. When I hover mouse pointer over my account name in the main menu the hint appears saying that the last sync was performed on the 1'st of January but nevertheless I don't see that my bookmarks, settings and extensions were synchronized. When I looked into the log (available through about:sync-log) I found the following error:

It is just that I would like to know what happened here.
I must say that: I use Firefox on an Android tablet where I never change the bookmarks, and on my laptop where I change them very often. Since a month I got the warning that Firefox was not syncing anymore. I was asked to reconnect to sync. This was on my laptop. Being afraid that reconnecting to sync would install the bookmarks from the Tablet on the laptop I disconnected from sync. But this was 2 days ago!!! Can this have caused the bookmarks suddenly disappearing?

When I try to connect to my FF-sync account from my home-pc's I always get an "unexpected error". Sometimes I have to wait almost a minute trying to log in before the error occurs. At my working-pc everythings fine... - Logging completely out of the account and back in doesn't help. - Also restoring the password and create a new account doesn't help. - Also restoring firefox to factory default doesn't work.
No more idea how I can solve this...
Everything else is working with no internet-connection-problems and a proxy is not in use.
Does FF-Sync use a special port for sync or something that my router maybe does block?

What is odd is that I was able to register the system with sync, but when I click on the sync icon, nothing happens. The sync logs indicate some errors:

Здравствуйте создал аккаунт в Mozilla Firefox очень давно.сохранял там пароли,сайты нужные для меня закладки все и всегда работало отлично,переустанавливал Windows,после чего скачивал Mozilla Firefox заходил в аккаунт Firefox и все закладки,пароли,сайты были всегда на своем месте.Сегодня переустановил Windows установил Mozilla Firefox,зашел в аккаунт Firefox и обнаружил что нет ни одной закладки которые я сохранял многие годы.ни одного пароля ни чего все исчезло и не понятно почему,хотя вчера вечером я еще пользовался и закладками и пароля. Параметры синхронизации: Выберите, что нужно синхронизировать на ваших устройствах при помощи Firefox. 1.Закладки, 2.Открытые вкладки, 3.Логины, 4.Историю, 5.Дополнения, 6.Настройки все эти параметры включены! да и опять не первый год пользуюсь Mozilla Firefox ,сколько раз уже за эти годы переустанавливал Windows и Mozilla Firefox всегда все работало отлично.мне именно эта функция и нравилась Mozilla Firefox что все сайты,пароли и закладки сохраняются на аккаунте и не нужно их постоянно искать и вводить. Как восстановить все те закладки,пароли и т.д. что было на аккаунте Mozilla Firefox!?
