Hope this finds you all well and safe with 2021 well here. I got wondering about this hence me posting this to see about why the Firefox synced tabs information which I have my other laptops connected to my account doesn't have the updated sites shown or anything relevant to not having any tabs open since I don't have Firefox open on one of my other laptops but see an open webpage under Sync for it. My Firefox sync data for a specific addon is messed up. I believe the temporary containers addon made Multi Account Containers addon to sync an insane amount of containers, maxing up the sync storage. Now whenever I click to sync MAC, it downloads thousands of 'tmp' containers. It refuses to sync ever again, hence no matter how many times I fix it locally, if it ever syncs again, it downloads the thousands 'tmp' containers again. How can I delete the sync data for good?

Firefox on mac everytime I clean the computer (twice a year) with clean my mac app, after my log in on firefox the browser have no credential saved inside. I solved the problem more than one year ago but I cannot find any solution this time after searching on the web. I think was about config kind of problem but not sure. I have my credentials on the other mac (laptop) saved.

What ever might be please: I am looking for a practical no geek language easy to understand step by step solution

Is there a way for me to test out passwords without having to wait 15 minutes after testing out a few? I lost my password but there are usually a few combinations so I've been trying to brute force it but it just doesn't workout. Thankfully I have a backup profile but it is rather old and I'd like to sync stuff to that account but I also don't want to wipe my data because I have quite a few new bookmarks and things I keep to remind myself of stuff (I have way too many bookmarks). Hello everybody, first of all sorry if there are mistakes in my english or missuse of informatic terms, I am not a native speaker.

I did a complete restoration of my computer (installing again windows after formating the hard drive). I installed again firefox and connected it to my firefox account. I was expecting for firefox to synchronize itself and find again all my registered login passwords, tabs, ect..

Instead of this, even if the synchronisation seems to occur (turning symbol) nothing happens after that. I can not find neither my old tabs or my log in informations.

I hope you can understand my problem and can help me to solve it,

Hello dear FireFox, pls help me!

When I enter 100% correct e-mail password into sync window of firefox 84.0.2, firefox says "password is incorrect" :(( If I immediately enter the same password into another window with other FireFoxPortable, or older version, then other FireFox successfully logs into my e-mail account for synchronization ! If i back again to the window №1 with FireFox 84.0.2, the password incorrect again (pls look to screenshot)

Already i tried to use other accounts, including new, specially created, but this does not solve the problem of logging to my gmail@**** account for synchronization :((

Earlier, on older versions of FireFox , this problem did not exist, although I used the same accounts. Thx before! :)

1. I have one computer and it has Linux and Windows running on it. But Firefox on both systems cannot sync, although I have signed in with the same account.

Is there any way to bookmark all synced tabs? I'm trying to move my open tabs from my phone to my pc.

I know you can right click a single synced tab and "Bookmark this tab". But I would like to do it for all open tabs.

I know you can "Open all in tabs", but that is an awful solution due to lag and potential redirects.

Cannot sync my bookmarks, logins, extensions in Firefox 84.0.2. Same thing with Ubuntu 20.04 and now Linux Mint latest stable version.

I am new to Thunderbird. I received meeting request but I don't know how to add it. Thunderbird tells that in order to add events to calendar the calendar must be enabled however, it is already enabled. how to import google calendar also?

Hi,

I love the Collections feature of Firefox for Android and it makes so much more sense then bookmarks. Why I can't sync it to Firefox for Desktop (Mac in my case)? Or why I can't use collections on Firefox for Desktop? Would be another feature which Chrome and Co. doesn't have but makes the life much more easier.

"Last seen before X ..." is not updated in the Firefox account ("https://accounts.firefox.com" -> "Devices & Apps") with Windows-/Linux-Firefox 84 Version !

For Firefox Android-App and ESR-Version "Last seen before X" is already updated in the Firefox account!

I think this problem already existed in an older version of Firefox!?

Hello, Unfortunatly I have lost my 2FA app. Now I can't login to my Firefox using my e-mail. Is possible to delete account and register again?

Hi, My other Windows tablet had problems and I had to reinstall Windows and therefore Firefox. I lost all of my add ons and speed dial tabs etc and want to sync with other devices, but on that tablet when I click 'Sign in or Register' I'm taken to a 'Create account' page. When I put in my email address, I'd expect it to say there's already an account with that email address, but it doesn't. Then, when I put in my current password, the first bar takes the password without problem, but when I fill in the 'Repeat password' bar, the first two characters are entered but the rest of the password jumps to the first bar!

This already the second installation of Firefox as the first version didn't work and the Firefox page in Explorer said something had gone wrong and gave another download link...

Do you have any ideas? This is taking a crazy amount of time, just going around in circles...

I try about 3 days For Reset my password by click forgot password & email link but i fail repeat & repeat. when i create new password show massage "Unable to deliver email".
