Hello. I have a question about Firefox. I shut down my PC and turned it on two hours later, but Firefox is still displaying page layouts properly, images on pages aren't displaying, and the screen remains blank even when I load a page from a bookmark. How can I fix this? This is the first time I've seen this happen, whether I've restarted or shut down and restarted.

I’ve been testing a simple online click counter to track clicks and sometimes test my clicking speed. The tool works fine most of the time, but in Firefox I noticed that after refreshing the page the counter occasionally keeps the previous number instead of resetting to 0.

I’m not sure if it’s related to Firefox caching or local storage behavior. Has anyone experienced something similar with web tools that store values in the browser?

Would clearing cache or disabling something fix it, or could it be a Firefox-specific issue?

On a certain bank site when making payments you go through the process setting them up and then when you go to confirm payment the banks screen goes grey. I use the same format for other banks. help please.

Sometimes, I cannot click on an option on a form (on my up-to-date Firefox, on Windows 11 - help, please! Its usually only when the options are shown as little buttons or squares to tick off. Its not my mouse because it works for the usual mouse works.

I can't enter the tick/click necessary on this form to say "Email me when someone answers this thread" Cheers, Carol

Recently I’ve been unable to play YouTube videos on Firefox: “Video unavailable.”

I’ve tried clearing the cache and cookies, and restarting Firefox in safe mode. I’ve disabled “Use recommended performance settings” and “Use hardware acceleration.” Still no videos.

I’m using a VPN and have several Ff extensions - none of them video related.

The problem seemed to start after the most recent Firefox update. YouTube works fine in Safari.

Thoughts?

Suddenly today when I tried to use facebook, already logged in, I got the message "Account Temporarily Unavailable. Your account is currently unavailable due to a site issue. We expect this to be resolved shortly. Please try again in a few minutes." Yet facebook works fine on Safari and Chrome.

I cleared my settings, except cookies, turned off extensions and restarted firefox which did not help.

What else can I do?-Martha

My windows MSN app says this. When I select '"Open in Browser", this happens.

However, when I select "Video Hub", it works normally.

I tried clearing the cache and cookies. Reset. Uninstalled/reinstalled. I can separately access the website on Firefox.

The email address box does not accept the email address and comes up with an error message. The only way to send an email is to use a different browser ie Google. Emails are still received as normal on Firefox / BT mail

Hello. I am having issues accessing my email account using the Firefox browser. I use Mail.com. When I go to Mail.com and try to login, I get a page with an error message, code, and request ID. The status code is 429. The message says too many requests and the request ID is aff3b7138f66aa8ba82f43c2af68621e. Does anyone know how to resolve this??? I will also reach out to Mail.com to see if they can help. Thanks!
