I have had so much trouble w/ FireFox VPN. At this point I'm convinced Google is paying the CEO and crash Mozilla straight into the ground. I paid for annual sub, then like something changed (they couldn't honor one of the services (email relay maybe?)) and then I had VPN for a bit and then all of a sudden it got cancelled. Now I have it turned on after they took a while to get back to me about asking why it was turned off (I guess at least they got back to me eventually), but when I go to check my account info about when my renewal is becuase I'm highly thinking about going over to DuckDuckGo and WaterFox, I click on "Paid subscriptions" options and get a refresh of the page w/ a "failed to load page, contact support" every single time. Then when I follow link to "contact support" I get a community forum option, It's giving BROKE!! I really have loved FireFox for so long but I'm thinking this might be the end. I even tried working for Mozilla, but decided not to due to the Five stage interview process, which clearly is not working out for them. Were they really able to screen the best of the best developers with that type of interview process? I digress...

For awhile, Wistia videos are not showing in a Firefox window. I am using the current version 143.01 and they still do not appear. Here is the page - https://www.profitableportraits.com/day1-presentations.This page using Brave and Vivaldi show the video window and play just fine. I cannot see anything related to the video on the page. All I see is the presenter photo and title flush right.

I have deleted the cash, used private mode and checked connection speed. Nothing has worked. I hope someone has a workaround or fix for this problem. Thank you.

Everytime I open the NYT or change the screen to read an article the bloody pop-up re-appears. I have already cleared the cache 10 times. I use Firefox, but it does the same thing on Safari. What do I do to put it to bed? I have wrestled with this for weeks. Can you please advise me?

On Facebook I get posts from DoubleDown casino that have internal links to acquire free credits/points. When I click on the link, DoubleDown begins to open but goes "grey" and shows a rotating/pulsating circle but never opens. Any idea why? What do I need to do to get the links to open. No problem with Google.

How do I revert back to the previous version of Firefox?

Youtube not working after most recent update, computer fans get stuck on, Firefox wont shut down, have to end task to get computer fans to shut off.

Whoever did the last update is working for the occult to destroy our computers and silence and isolate us.

Over the past three weeks, since I updated my Firefox version to 148.0.2 (aarch64), a black or white rectangle appears at the top of all websites and prevents me from accessing some links on those sites.

I refreshed and cleared the cache, and it worked for a while, but then it appeared again on every single website.

It makes it unusable that, for the first time in 15 years, I might have to switch to another browser if I can't solve it.

In the attached picture, you can see that the place line covers the top of the site and cuts off the Firefox logo and the links above.

Any solution is welcome

Am trying to access a TV site and the site appears as a page but does not provide any functionality for days now. Have contacted the site and followed their advice without any results. Could this possibly be a Mozilla issue?

Ever since using FireFox as a browser YouTube has been locked in restrictive mode and I can't find any way to turn it of. My age on the google account I use for YouTube has been verified so this has never been an issue before

I am writing to report a problem with the Mozilla Firefox browser. After the latest update, the browser appears to no longer decompress content that is compressed using the zstd (Zstandard) algorithm.

Previously, I could view web pages or resources compressed with zstd without issue, but now they fail to display correctly (or give errors). I have tested this on multiple websites and different systems, which suggests the change is not specific to one site or machine.

Could you please clarify the following:

Has support for zstd‐compressed content been removed or disabled in the recent Firefox version?

If so, are there plans to restore this support in a future release?

Is there a workaround or configuration setting that allows enabling zstd decompression in the meantime?

An error repeatedly occurs attempting connection to https://www.newsmax.com using Firefox. Sometimes it works.

Error message: "Secure Connection Failed. An error occurred during a connection to www.newsmax.com. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problemhttps://www."

Google Maps satellite view not working correctly (images attached). My adblocker ultimate is set to disabled. I have NordVPN and turned it off. When I use chrome, the images come up with no issue.
