I downloaded Firefox about 2 weeks ago. I imported my passwords, bookmarks, etc. from Chrome, but nothing had shown up. (I did the troubleshoot reset to fix the bookmark issue.) So I just figured I'd save them as I go. Every time I'm prompted to save my password, I do, but it's never actually saved. When I tried to manually enter the password, it says there's an error. I've checked the settings multiple times and everything is correct. I receive a little message at the top of the passwords' page, that says I need to log in, when I am, then that I need to log in with my primary password that was never set up. I've read all of the password help articles and nothing applies to my issues. I don't have any apps blocking it. (I do know on Edge and Chrome, I'm prompted to put in my desktop password but I don't get that on Firefox.) Is there something I can do to fix this? I want to use Firefox, but it's been too buggy from the get-go.

About 3 days ago, none of my passwords are being saved in Firefox. Several times a day I have to put in my username and password for various sites, even if I don't shut down my computer. I have save passwords selected in my security settings in Firefox, but still does not save. This all started when I went into my Firefox settings 3 days ago to clear the cache, and that's when it started not to save passwords.

Unable to connect to my email account on Firefox. Enter Yahoo/ATT mail and receive a message Oops, something went wrong. Try again later but this has been over a week. I can use the Microsoft Edge to get my emails but I do not want to go between different browsers for my personal emails and business emails.

Hello, I am unable to save my riseup.net email password. When I go into my email and enter email and password and save, it says it is saved but its not. I've contacted support at riseup and it says its a provider/server (not sure if that is what I call Firefox) issue. Can you help/advise? Thank you Regards Kaye Handley

I am trying to log on to my credit union account and an being blocked. I called them and told them my problem and they said I'd have to contact my provider to have you he;p me get rid of all my old passwords to reset a new one. can you help?

Dzień dobry, po zmianie urzadzenia (PC) pomimo tego ze na starym urzadzeniu zawsze byłem zalogowany do Firefoxa (synchronizacja byla automatyczna), to na nowym urządzeniu po zalogowaniu nie mam dostepu do wczesniej zapisanch zakladek oraz haseł. Prosze o pomoc, pozdrawim D.

I can't log in to certain sites even though they've been on my favourites list for years, i.e. bank account and grocery shopping. I can log in to them using Edge , so what's gone wrong with Firefox. Is the latest updates to blame ???

after firefox update today I cannot sign in to my at&t/yahoo email account. I can sign in on my phone but not my laptop. I use safari as my browser on my phone.

Lorsque j'enregistre un mot de passe (et malgré le message m'indiquant qu'il a bien été enregistré) aucun mot de passe n'est enregistré dans la rubrique "paramètres". Idem pour les marques-pages.

Pourriez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ?
