Without the correct password, I cannot sign in. However, I want to use Firefox on Windows 11. When I searched with a 6-digit number, I was not specific enough and my got the wrong? Firefox account. Walk me through this please.

I do not receive the emails with the code to continue - have checked junk, spam etc.

I have tried so many times to reset my Mozilla Firefox account password to no avail, using my Account Recovery Key, which I stored in LibreOffice Draw on my computer. The so many times that I tried, the error that comes up is: "Invalid account recovery Key", no matter how many codes are sent for me to rest my password. Please, rectify the problem as to why a correctly stored 32 characters Account Recovery Key is not working for me to reset my password. Regards

The recovery key for Firefox I saved a year ago won't work today. The Mozilla record of my secondary email address is corrupted and won't display, but when I try to add it the error is that the email address already exists. But it doesn't exist anywhere in the online account record data available to me! I need to enter new email addresses for both my primary and secondary firefox accounts. I'm almost 85 and feel resentful regarding the befuddlement of self service tech support that wastes so many hours on uncertain guessing about tech stuff I don't understand or know where to turn for resolution.

Tried to sign in two days ago and my formerly used password was rejected. Entered new password. Today, two days later the new password was rejected! What is the problem? How to fix it? I am really weary of not being able to contact a technical support person! If someone responds to this I don't know if I will be able to respond.

I expected "export passwords" to also export the password to my mozilla account, but it did not. I'm now locked out of my account. I signed into this form with google, is there something similar I can do to get my mozilla account back? The drive I had firefox on is wiped.

The 'Forgot password' option is not working in Firefox. I tried it multiple times and it doesn't send me a temp password/recovery link to my email. It just says 'Invalid account'. Please take a look.
