How do I fix spotify images being grey? when I'm not logged in I can see he images of albums but whenever I log in they turn grey and I can't see the album/song image. Is there any way to fix this? I added a image for some context if that helps :) it's how the greyed out songs look.

I watch Rakuten Viki, and suddenly a recapcha box is popping up on the bottom right, blocking the full screen button.... so annoying,,,, how can i get rid of it/ THANKS

I've use Firefox or Foxfire for several years at the time I installed it I was using Windows 10. I now have Windows 11. Mozilla Firefox 115.25.0 (x64 en-US) won’t close since my previous version was updated on 6/29/25. I have tried closing it in my Win7pro Task Manager on several occasions, and had even tried to uninstall and then reinstall it from my “Programs and Features” menu, but I keep getting a message that the program can’t be uninstalled until it is first closed. Nothing I do fixes this problem. HELP

Second, I just uninstalled Firefox for the second time because of problems with connectivity and installing bookmarks

The first time was a problem with the bookmarks and again I had a problem, not with installing them but installing too many -- each imported bookmark installed seven times!

My very favorite browser will not open when I click the FF icon. I did another download and it will not open, as well. What can you tell me about this issue and how to fix it? An avid user for many years.
