Hi Mozilla teams,I need your help! I lost my phone and my access WhatsApp,I don't have code to have my WhatsApp access back, I'm really confused about what's going on, I'd really appreciate if could take a look into this issue , and restore my WhatsApp code back, thank so much for your help.

I set up a primary password, forgot it and set up another one, now neither work. I'm so fed up with Firefox i just want to delete it, but Mozilla support said do not delete the account without solving this problem.

I'd appreciate any help you can give.

I do use AVG and I have turned off the VPN while using Firefox to see if that helps.

Hi folks After manyyears of using Sage accounting software, somehow Firefox no longer saves my Sage username, which is very annoying as now every time I login I have to manually type my Sage username. Clearely I have clicked something I shoudn't and I wonder if anyone can help me save the username again? Thx.

Sync keeps asking me to sign in

Whenever I sign in to sync my browser it keeps asking me to sign in again to reconnect to sync.

I've tried reinstalling the browser, deleting the Mozilla directory in %APPDATA% and reinstalling, removing account and signing in again.

No matter what I do I keep getting asked to sign in again to reconnect even though the initial sign in was successful.
