I have a problem printing my bank statement using Mozilla Firefox. Portions of the statement (in a table format) are completely blacked out. Other portions of the statement which are also in a table format print tine. I do not have the problem when using Microsoft Edge (same desktop) or Safari (iPad) and I am using the same printer for all three browsers. The statement utilizes Acrobat Reader so I first uninstalled and then reinstalled Acrobat Reader. The problem persisted. Clearly, the problem is with Mozilla Firefox. I have taken all the steps suggested in "Fix printing problems in Firefox" to no avail. This included resetting all Firefox printer settings. Since it is my bank statement I cannot send you a copy of the printout. However, I will say that the Mozilla Firefox print preview does not show any portion of the document being blacked out - it only occurs upon printing and only when using Mozilla Firefox.

Hi, It seem that the Firefox.exe was hacked on my PC. Namely, there is no way to get rid of some Turkish webpages like https://www[.]ahaberci[.]com/sifresiz-trabzonspor-konyaspor-canli-izle-bedava-bein-sports-1-canli-yayin-izle-justi-49375h.htm which appear on starting the Firefox. I checked for the malwares the PC with several antivirus software. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it without saving data from the previous versions, with no success. I tried all methods offered by the Firefox Help, but does not work. Please, help me to fix the problem. I am attaching screenshots to illustrate the problem.

Google Calendar will not load data the blue line just keeps going. This happened on all of mu PCs today 1/22/21 I'm using Firefox 84.0.2 Google calendar works okay on Chrome on the same PCs I have been using Google calendar for many years on Firefox. Google Calendar works okay on my Android phone. I have not loaded any new programs, Firefox is signed in.

Hello everyone! My firefox browser don`t load any Addons/Themes/Extensions. I tried to solve it with safe mode, seems that this way didn`t work. About a week ago I posted a question that has to do with cookies being deleted when I close Firefox. There was no link to any website in it. The question is not there. Do moderators "hold" or delete questions for any reason? Thanks.

I use Firefox as my regular browser and Google's GSuite for mail, calendar, and so on. This morning, Google Calendar will not load completely. GMail works fine. The sidebar Calendar in GMail works, but the "standalone" calendar site does not work.

I checked this in a Chrome browser and there is no problem - it all works fine. The problem is only in the Firefox browser.

Is anyone else having this problem or have any suggestions?

My google calendar will not load appointments. The page loads but the appointments never load and the blue loading bar at the top continues to refresh as if it is trying to load.

Things I have tried - Turned off all extensions - Ran firefox incognito (works if I clear the cache) - Cleared Cache (works only once)

I am looking first for a solution to the problem above. If I don't find one, is there a way to reload firefox and retian all the bookmarks?

Suddenly it´s impossible to get my google calendar datas on my notebook (it works without problems with chrome and on my mobile). The google calendar is opened an in search modus without end. Sombody knows a solution for this problem?

Suddenly my Google calendar will not open completely (see screenshot). I do not have any blockers preventing it from opening and has been working fine up until now and is opened everyday. My Firefox version is 84.0.2. Please help! Thank you.

How can I block adds or at least be able to stop adds from blinking when I read the New York Times and other new sites that I've subscribed to? It is distracting. Is there a way to block all adds without interrupting normal function of the browser? Thanks.

How can I contact Mozilla to remove a link to a page that no longer exists? The page was taken down, but all the info on the page pops up on the link when I search.

Three computers running current version of Firefox. All have a longstanding bookmark for Google Calendar. Starting this morning, when I click on the bookmark, Calendar goes into a "loading" mode and will not load. However, when I open Gmail using the same sign-in I can access the calendar in the right pane of the Gmail page. But when I try to open the calendar in a new tab, the same "loading" issue happens and I can't see a full page calendar. Two computers run on Windows 10, one on Windows 7. All three computers have the same problem which has never happened before. I have tried adjusting Firefox privacy settings on each computer to no avail. I run a Malwarebytes VPN and have tried turning that off, but have the same result. I don't think this is a Google problem because the right pane calendar opens fine when I open Gmail. I also tried this in Microsoft Edge on the two Windows 10 computers and the calendar opens fine. The calendar data also opens fine in third party ios calendar apps. So I'm at a loss about what to try next.

I refreshed Firefox and lost all my passwords, this according to the description of "Refresh" was not supposed to happen. There is only one profile. What if anything can I do to get all my pwords back? Thanks for your help.

Firefox "Print Preview" has disappeared from the File menu in 84.0.2; all I have now is "Print", which brings up a Microsoft Edge style print dialog. Is this an upgrading error, or is it just the way Firefox will be now?

As you can see in the image below the margin on the right is way bigger than the one on the left. Before this started happening the search results were pretty centered. I can't seem to find this issue anywhere online. The zoom level is set to default. Help

how do I delete a Facebook screen name from container on Firefox. we had company and they logged into their Facebook, now I want to delete their Facebook name from drop down list, there should have been a "right click delete option to that list, now when I go to click on the Facebook Icon on the Firefox screen my visiting friends from out of state is there and it is unnecessary , as we gathered for a funeral and they shall not be returning for over a year. If there is no way to clear there Facebook screen name, please instruct me as to how I can delete face book from Firefox and I shall delete Facebook from Fire fox altogether and log in on my cell phone. I am running Firefox 84.0.2 on a Macbook Pro running Catalina 10.15.7. Since the new version of Firefox loaded on January 6, I have been having problems with how email from several vendors displays. If I call up Hotmail, for example, the page appears in teeny tiny type, so small that I have to pull the computer close to my face to read. And if I enlarge the page in order to read the left-most column, I can then only see the left-most column on my screen. I have to then scroll far to the right to find the actual message itself. I have tried the various "Display" options, but none of them have fixed this problem.

I switched over to Chrome as a test, and Hotmail is displaying normally there. So I conclude that there is some incompatibility between Firefox 84.0.2 and Catalina 10.15.7.

Any advice would be most welcome!

Hello, we have a CVS repository which can be browsed using viewvc. In this repository there are some .docx files which are MS Word documents. Until about one week ago, clicking on such a link brought up a dialog asking what Firefox should do with this file. One of the options is to open it with Word (see image 'ChooseWord').

But now this is no longer possible. I believe it vanished in the course of the automatic Firefox updates. Now the dialog looks like in the attached image 'NoWord'.

How can I restore the old behaviour?

Windows 7 Pro, Firefox, current, 84.0.2.

I've tried logging out and back in, I've cleared ALL history, cache, cookies, etc. I've tried restarting Firefox, no help. Gmail, Voice and contacts all show fine. This was working fine last night, less than 12 hours ago. System was shut down last night, and booted this morning, and this problem has occurred. Logged in via Chrome and calendar shows fine, so it's likely some probem with firefox. Hate to reset firefox and have to load all my extensions again.

Here are the extensions/Add-ons I have loaded. But bear in mind these were loaded last night, and have been loaded for many months at least, with no problems. AND, other Google site, gmail,voice, contacts all work fine.

I've tried the Firefox reset/refresh option, exact same issue.

I'm even willing at this point to uninstall Firefox and reinstall from scratch, but how do I ensure ALL Firefox system modifications, etc. ARE removed?
