Update downloaded a few days ago, I closed Firefox to restart with updates and I can't get my previous session back. I even tried my OneTab to see if I could get older stuff back and it's lost that too!

Several months ago I was able to access my Facebook account on Firefox, my default web browser. But a few weeks ago I was not able to do so. However, I can access my account on Microsoft Edge, which is not my default browser. Why can't I now use Firefox to access Facebook? Thanks so much for your help.

I use Proton Pass and sometimes it pops up and sometimes not. Extension is installed. But Firefox pops up to manage password while it is not activated. See image. What can I do to have reliable Proton Pass. Thanks

When I try to transfer money from my bank account using the BACS system the screen goes blank when I have to confirm the transfer. I did this successfully for years. I spoke to the bank and they say this is a fault with the Firefox browser. When I change to Microsoft Edge browser then everything works well.

Thank god i can say what i need to say: To begin with, I am 83 years old and because of that, i cannot be blamed for doing something wrong. if i did something wrong just ask me to call an engineer to do what you want me to do, because i could not do anything wrong. at my age we don't do that type of things, we're good people. please help me undo whatever you didn't like and i'm sorry to have done something you hate, but it wasn't my fault. I didn't know you didn't like what I am supposed to have done

When I log ont Firefox, I can use it. It WAS my default browser. Then I discovered that I could not get to gmail using it. Every time I try to, this is what I get and I have already cleared the cache. Clear cache & cookies

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. You can learn how to clear your cache and cookies in Chrome to fix loading and formatting issues on websites. In Chrome

   On your computer, open Chrome.
   At the top right, select More More and then Delete browsing data.
   Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
   Select Cookies and other site data.
   Check other items you want to delete.
   To confirm, select Delete data.

Tips:

   To sign out of your Google Account on all websites, sign out of Chrome.

After you clear cache and cookies:

   Some settings on sites get deleted. For example, if you were signed in, you’ll need to sign in again.
   If you turn sync on in Chrome, you’ll stay signed into the Google Account you’re syncing to in order to delete your data across all your devices.
   Some sites can seem slower because content, like images, needs to load again.

Firefox just updated a few days ago to version 149.0. Prior to, no issues. Now every time I enter a search term and hit enter. A new tab opens and the page is blank. It only happened after the update. Closing the tab and doing the same thing again opens a new page correctly.
