Hi,

This a a problem with the interface of a website, its missing a lot of the sections of text and stuff. The first attachment is what it looks like on firefox, and the following one is on safari. I've tried disabling the security limitations on the site to no avail. I'm on Mac.

Hi, I get a message "No video with supported format and MIME type" when I try to watch movies on my website : https://www.spiriferminerals.com/product,25270,produkt.html The same movie works on Chrome but not on Firefox. Can you help ? Thanks ! Joanna

No answers to how to do this, even googling. The best I get is to click on the 3-vertical-dots icon next to the intended address's url field. No such icon exists, nor it to be found in "Customize Tools"

I cant log into x.com. Whether tracking is set to strict or not. I just get the same error. I have tried re-starting my browser and computer. I currently have it set to strict and have it turned off for this site. Why cant I go to this web site?

Hi, This is Prabhat. yesterday i was working on google meet, and accidentally i clicked my screen sharing blocked. And now if i want to sharing my screen it's not coming, And allow button showing fade. Plz help me i went to solve in permission screen even there showing correct but still not working to show my screen button.

I recently deleted accounts and passwords that were stored in Firefox under my web browser account. Is there anyway I can get that data restored? I have access to the same email/account in Firefox, but need to restore the deleted website account/credential data.

On our web site we have a page that includes mp3 files, which play okay on Firefox; but on another page on the site with mp3 files, Firefox (including different versions on different computers) produces the error message, No video with supported format and MIME type found." FWIW, other browsers like Safari (Mac), Chrome (Mac and Win), and Edge (Win) all play the problematic files without a hitch.

Is there a fix for this problem that can be attempted by the non-tech types?

First of all, I have already changed my about:config browser.search.region preference to GB.

When I try to install the amazon search engine for amazon.CO.UK, via the magnifying glass on the search bar, I get this message.

Firefox could not download the search plugin from: https://d2lo25i6d3q8zm.cloudfront.net/browser-plugins/AmazonSearchSuggestionsOSD.Firefox.xml

Please help.

A white horizontal line in the top of the screen, whilst watching movies in tv5mondeplus.com. This issue happens when installed the recent update 129.0.

Tested in other browsers and doesn't appear the white horizontal line on top.

Where are passwords imported from Safari saved to in my Mozilla or Firefox accounts?

I ONLY want to use Firefox 55.0. My computer doesn't like your modern Microsoft type of Browser, Please supply ONLY FIREFOX 55.0.

Also my About This Mac says my OS is 13.6.7 and as you can see listed below it says 10.15. something strange is going on and has been for a long time. I deserve my privacy just like everyone else! I recently bought a new computer and it imported the bookmarks that I had from my chrome account to Firefox after installing it. I already had a firefox account on my old computer and I signed into the new computer with my firefox account thinking it would make a difference but I am still unable to see my old bookmarks that were on my old firefox. Now the issue is even the firefox on my old computer was also updated with the imported bookmarks from Chrome. Please let me know how to solve this issue and get back my old firefox bookmarks back, please attach screenshots if possible.

I use firefox on mac as well as on my iphone. I am attempting to update the saved address and credit cards on my profile. Using the web browser, I can navigate to settings and see my saved passwords but there is no option to view or edit my saved addresses. The only result shown when I search for addresses is the sync option to change if I am syncing that across my devices but not to change or view it or my saved credit cards for that matter. I am currently on 128.0.3 on my computer. I also have tried to update the address and credit cards on my phone app where I am able to access the saved information and at least see it but there is no option to edit. Tapping or swiping on the addresses do nothing. Pressing and holding will highlight the addresses but nothing will happen. Please help me use this product. I have been on firefox for 10+ years and have enjoyed the offerings but am incredibly frustrated not being able to see or edit my information. Thank you

Hello, I am hoping to escape the Apple + Google search world and am trying out Firefox, which I used to use many years ago.

How do I / Can I show my Safari "Favorites" on the homepage of Firefox? A simple, obvious question, but I have not found an answer in your files.
