I would like to stream a TV show series on a website. The message on the website is to disable ad blocker and/or add their site to a list which allows ads. I don't know of such a list. Disabling Firefox content blocker hasn't made a difference to being blocked from the site's content.

Previously available websites suddenly stopped opening for me. I just get a blank page. I thought it was the VPN so I canceled my account and deleted it. Still not working.

I created a new profile on my account. Whenever I am in the original profile, I can click on the new profile and it will open a new window with a new icon. However, I notice that under the new profile, it is not signed in. When I try to sign in, I get an error that says

Account already in use xxx@gmail.com is already signed in to the “original” profile

You can only associate this account with one profile on this computer.

Then it forces me to switch back to the original profile. This tells me that the profile is not syncing for access across devices.

This is happening on my macbook.

When I login to Google, I'm usually asked to do more than 1 catcha. Sometimes, they continue until I can't do any more and use Google Chrome. I have poor eyesight, and this is getting very annoying.

On google maps on Firefox, I updated my home address, but it loads up with my previous location, not my current one, how to make google maps open to my current location?

When I needed to find my user name and/or password for a website I would go into the privacy and security area, scroll down to saved passwords and they were all there in alphabetical order. With the format change I can't find my list now. I've looked in the password section and privacy section and don't see where the "saved passwords" are. Can anyone help me?

Hi, I am trying to set up the built-in vpn. I got as far as the attached screenshot but I cannot find the "... open panel and turn it on." I managed to instal? the Mozilla vpn but thats not what I am after.

Can you advise what, where is "open panel" and how to "turn on vpn"?.

Please give me step by step instructions otherwise I will get lost.

Using a Mac Mini OS 10.15.7 Catalina

Good morning, When I load a TastyTrade Website: The Firefox browser starts blinking black and white and never loads the page. I tried troubleshooting myself:

- Open Settings → Performance. - Uncheck the two enabled options. - Reload the browser.

It worked once, but when I reloaded Tasty Trade, the problem returned. Please advise. Thanks.

My javascript cannot detect the difference beween closing a new preferences tab and a new non domain tab. I believe this is for security reasons. This leads to one of my custom messages popping up when closing a non domain tab, which is not standard behavour on other websites on FireFox. If the user does or does not follow the popup instructions everything works fine. My question is: does this disqualify my website from being posted to the internet for FireFox browsing, or is it tolerable to users and to Mozilla? I have intentionally left out of this post technical information about my javascript. Believe me, I have tried countless ways to code my way out of this situation but due to Firefox's strong security measures, it is impossible. I should mention that perhaps if my script was an addon I would have accesss to the TAbs API which might offer a solution. The purpose of the script is to update the website to changes to the default Browser Zoom Level as found in the prefererence settings. Does anyone know if this purpose is compatible with FireFox Addon developement?Thanks so much for directing me to informed assistance. I hope the post is not "TMI"!!

I had to erase my laptop and am in the process of resetting it up. I used firefox prior and am trying to see if it is possible to restore all my previous bookmarks etc. I was told it automatically backed them up.

Where is the "New Window" option in file menu of the 152.0.5 version of Firefox? why is there no 'New Window option" in file menu of the 152.0.5 version of Firefox? There is only one option, "New Private Window." If this is the new version of Firefox and I have been a fan and consumer for over 20 years, I am going to use Safari.

Hello, yesterday my 2025 Macbook restarted on it's own and my Firefox browser restarted too, and while it brought me back to all the tabs I had open, every single one of my bookmarks has disappeared. I only have one profile. All my extensions are working properly. The bookmarks sidebar and toolbar are both completely wiped clean. I've tried to go through the backup and restore options provided in this community previously, but going into my library and clicking 'backup' or 'restore' has done nothing. How can I recover my bookmarks? I had been saving small business links for years that are now just gone for seemingly no reason.
