I am currently running Firefox on High Sierra 10.13.6 and have been advised that that OS will soon no longer be supported. I did have an option to do an update to ESR 115.1 in my Firefox app, however I was not home for a few days and when I returned planning to do the update it was no longer available. Now it just says my Firefox is up to date with 115.0.2... how can I get the update to the ESR 115.1? Thanks!

I am getting SO tired of being told to stop or close the page THAT I AM USING to speed up my browser. How is that going to help anything? If I stop the page that I am USING, then I cannot do what I want to do. How about you stop cramming in so much garbage that the browser cannot run properly?

And, yes, I know...this is an obsolete computer....so what?

I have two websites listed as exceptions in my autoplay settings that I cannot remove. Please see the attached image to see the addresses.

I cannot remove these websites and I cannot change the settings to block all audio & video.

Anyone have any idea on what might be going wrong and how to fix it?

I am using the current versions of Firefox on my 2008 MacPro, My 2014 MacBook Air and my 6th Gen iPad.

So it used to be that when I started typing in the address bar, it would autofill with my most visited site after the first letter or two, which was very handy and a good feature. Since an update a while back, though, that seems to have been replaced with autofilling whatever the most popular search is. I used to be able to just hit p and go automatically to a site I frequently visit, but now it automatically sends me to pinterest. I don't have pinterest. I don't want or like pinterest. I filter pinterest out of my searches. There's absolutely no reason for my search bar to be autofilling to pinterest. I've already got sponsored suggestions disabled so it's not that.

I'm getting really tired of accidentally going to pinterest due to muscle memory (and, presumably, reinforcing that suggestion by accident). Haven't been able to find a setting that turns it off. Would really, really like to.

just updated to 115.0.1 on the Mac yesterday and now tradingview website isn't working - i tried adding it as an exception in EnhancedTracking and CookieSiteData like i did with ebay to get it working again but no luck with tradingview... any ideas ? thx

Hi, I exhausted almost every option, but I can't figure out how to import safari 10.13 passwords from mac or from iphone passwords settings section into an export file to upload. help????

I recently migrated from Chrome to Firefox on my Mac and successfully imported all data, bookmarks etc. However I cannot figure out how to ADD a new bookmark to an existing folder. Every page I read about bookmarking fails to show how this is done. In Chrome its simple since the drop down menu allows the user to view every folder, but in Firefox I don't see how to do this. Furthermore, when I go to Bookmarks>Manage bookmarks I don't see any of my folders..PLEASE show me an EASY way to do this. Thank you

I have lost all bookmarks. Manage Bookmarks does not help, selecting a restore from last 3 or 4 saved does not change anything. I am running Mac. I am frustrated. Please help.

How do I stop firefox from preventing my mac from shutting down? All other open apps are closed and data and settings saved automatically by apple when i hit shut down but firefox just stays open and prevents shutdown until i close it manually.

My Navy Federal Credit Union website no longer opens, just a blank white page. I use it nearly daily so now must rely on my phone app. I prefer to do my banking on my MacBook Pro. Here is the link that no longer lets me sign in: https://digitalapps.navyfederal.org/signin/

The link works on my Safari browser but the site isn't fully functional on that browser. I have used Firefox exclusively for years and with this bank. The Browser support info at NFCU says Firefox still works. How do I solve this ?

Citibank site does not allow my accounts to be shown(uploaded with my access field of ID and Password.... and always impossible to log in because it does not recognize my correct information as correct and sees it as false information...therefore does not recognize my ID and password and I am blocked out..

Also old information may not be deleted properly and causes confusion so site needs to be cleared of old useless information.

I need to change my email address, but my old one is no longer active so I can't receive the confirmation code that will be sent to it, nor can I receive a reply to this question. Firefox version 113.0.1; Operating system Mac OS x 10.13.

I am happily running Mac OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra) on my MacBook Pro (mid 2012). This OS allows me to use my many 32 and 64 bit apps and have excellent control of my laptop. My bank is saying that my browser (Firefox 88.0.1) needs to be updated. When I check system requirements at mozilla, any newer Firefox claims to need an intel x86 processor INCLUDING the version of Firefox I am now using. My Mac has an intel Core i7 processor. When I click on about Firefox, I'm offered to update to 109.0.1. Will this update actually work for me without losing any functions I already have? Is there a better choice for my Mac and Firefox?

Hi, Am backing up a laptop that needs to go overnight to a repair shop and want to wipe it clean for privacy. Will the passwords saved by firefox be saved in the backup as well?

I've also downloaded them to a csv file as an additional precaution, but have no idea how to reload them into 'saved passwords' after the repairs are complete, as no option is provided for that - only the option to import from another browser... Thanks for your help!

PS: also, why does mozilla require a manual login to this support forum when my login is saved in it's own password saver?? It is not auto-filling it as expected.
