How can I transfer the logins file from an old profile to a new one? When I search online all I get is references for transferring Firefox folders to another computer. Any help gratefully appreciated.

I have loved being a Mozilla-stuff user intermittently since teaching on Netscape 1.1, and now am making Firefox 98.02 my default browser. I like both Safari and Firefox, and sometimes use them simultaneously for two accounts on the same service (not right now). My physically pristine 2015 Mac cannot install OS's past the 10.12 I have, so Safari is failing. But I am exasperated at runarounds when trying to set up this Firefox account. I used the emailed verification code and seemed to get in, but got the red-box message "This account... administrator... error." I cannot tell whether the site is letting me use it normally, but I think not. I just spent an hour in help forums. Geesh, tech complexity has mushroomed since my LAN work in the 90s, and you volunteers get to cope with inarticulate queries like mine! Upload is failing of jpg screen shot that has been made anonymous. Help?

So I updated today as requested and now all the sites I had previously checked to allow pop ups etc on are no longer functioning.

What a massive waste of my time

Using Firefox v91.11 I can't print a selection from a web page as the 'Print Selection Only' option is grayed out. This has never been an issue for me in earlier versions but appears to have been a problem with Firefox going back many years. This is the second time I have asked for help in solving this so I would really appreciate a response as I can't find a solution anywhere.

Note that the issue is only a problem when trying to print from a web page using Firefox v91.11. Safari doesn't even offer this option but the option is there and works in Chrome.

After a cat attack on the keyboard, Firefox is not allowing the site-specific fonts to be selected, instead over-riding with the generic font. The site is displayed correctly in ALL other browsers, including Safari, Opera, and Chrome, and in the editing app., BBEDIT. There is some fundamental font over-ride that is happening ONLY in Firefox. How to correct this?

For over 6 weeks, and only on Netflix Canada, we (family members) have been getting the padlock with a triangle in the address bar only after I log into Netflix. This occurs on any and all of our 4 computers using all of the 3 different internet providers, one of which is the largest Internet provider in Canada, BELL including also the their BELL Mobility Network. I appreciate that as you can see we're using older operating systems, but Firefox reports our version 110 is up to date. Our adult children have much newer computers and later if not the latest Mac OS, and are attempting to access Netflix from other internet providers elsewhere in the province of Ontario. One of them is using the next largest internet provider in Canada, or at least the province, ROGERS. She too is still having this problem. I've been through the mill with Netflix's support people and they blame you guys and our internet providers. I cannot resolve the issue, and for that reason we have ceased using Netflix because of the implicit security vulnerability attached.

A few Firefox for Mac updates ago, the Wells Fargo website colors changed with Firefox for Mac, and the other browsers still display Wells Fargo the right way. On the current versioin of Firefox for Windows, the Wells Fargo website still looks the way it should.

Attached are 2 screen shots of Wells Fargo's website. One screen shot, using Chrome for Mac shows the Wells Fargo colors correctly. The other screen shot using the updated Firefox for Mac shows the colors wrong, pretty much without colors, etc...

How can this be fixed so that we can use Firefox for all browsing?

'Screenshot' no longer works. I've used it for years, but this week it doesn't work. I am a woodworker, painter, gardener, handyman, not a computer tech. I want 'screenshot to work like it used to.

When I change the name of the browser from "Firefox 64.0.app" to "Firefox.app", and launch "Firefox.app", it forgets all my bookmarks. How can I tell "Firefox.app" to use the bookmarks of "Firefox 64.0.app"?

I have Mac 10.12.6 on an "early 2009" 27" iMac. I'm waiting for the new 27/32inch iMac until I upgrade hardware and operating system. The release notes with FF V115 say in part " Users on those operating systems will be migrated to the ESR 115 version of Firefox."

I want to clarify that when I update to FF 116, FF will automatically install the ESR version, or will I need to do this manually? Also, will this update take a long time, like FF will be installing a totally new (ESR) version, rather than "just" the usual update?

I'm getting unwanted redirects when using google search on certain sites. I have cleared the cache, turned off extensions and scanned for malware (none found). See the attached screenshot.

Firefox 115.1.0 iMac Sierra

My Macbook Air is running iOS 10.12.6, so how am I meant to update Firefox, as the TSB bank says I must to use their online software? Firefox is apparently no longer supported below iOS 10.14. I can't upgrade my iOS. What do I do? I'm 75 years old and dont need all this!

I have a problem with youTube. I've always been able to access my channel sections simply by clicking on the section title with no issues. However, since last night, that is not working. Now, the only way I can see all the playlists in each section is if I right-click and open in a new tab.

Any ideas what's up? As far as I'm aware, it's not a connection problem and I've cleared the cache etc. Using a Mac.

It's a real pain having to open sections in a whole load of different tabs. Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated! Also, I'm not very tech-savvy :(

I don't know what happened because the browser was working fine earlier this morning and I didn't do anything to compromise it. I didn't go to settings and change anything. I suspect someone may have 'hacked in,' if that is still even a 'thing.' I think this because when I try to shut off my internet temporarily someone turns it back on and I usually have to 'fight' with whoever that is to get my internet to go off. I tried to ask google a question I wanted the answer to. That question was, how long does the flu last (because I have it or covid.) I also asked how long does covid last. What happened was that spinning thing where it was continually searching but never going to the site. Can you help, please? Thanks in advance if you can.
