Hi, I wonder if someone can help me log into the KeyBank website. I keep getting this message: "Due to technical concerns, your current version of Firefox is no longer an option for KeyBank online banking. Nothing is wrong with your account. You simply need an updated browser – like the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox – to sign on to online banking." My Mac indicates I have an up-to-date version of Firefox (78.10.0esr (64-bit) Thank you

When visiting sites such as the Russian Wikipedia, characters that are in the Cyrillic Times New Roman font display as blocks (shown in image). Safari does not have this problem.

Prior to FF97 a simply setting to "false" the about:config, print.tab_modal.enabled setting allowed FF to always use the system dialog box when printing. However, in FF97, this is no longer the case. How can I set FF97 to always use the system print dialog box??

I almost always use Preview printing on my Macs to avoid multiple pages of garbage so this is fairly important to me...and it might help to save a few trees...

Background: I am on the Beta track, currently running 98.0b4 on Mac OSX 11.6.1, until kinks are worked out of Monterey.

Issue: One of the latest FF upgrades has killed my ability to login to Netflix. I get an orange popup field stating "Incorrect password. Please try again or you can reset your password." The password is fine, as I'm able to login using my backup browsers, Safari and Vivaldi. The issue persists when I try to log in using a private window that doesn't allow any add-ons, so I don't see that as the issue.

Firefox is still my preferred and default browser, so I'd like to see this resolved before.

This is happening every few minutes now. It started right after the 97.0.0 update. The 97.0.1 update doesn't seemed to have helped.

I don't use any browser extensions.

I never saw this issue before, and I have been using Firefox as a primary browser for many years. I'm on a MacBook Air, M1.

I'm using firefox 97 on mac. Whenever I copy and paste an image from firefox, the image comes out desaturated as if it is using the wrong color profile. I tried changing the gfx.color_management settings without it improving. The images look fine and are the right colors in the browser, however, the issue only happens when I copy and paste images. Firefox behaves like the color management is disabled (set to 0 in config) but ONLY when copying and pasting images.

I do not have this issue with other browsers such as chrome.

A customer shared his Firefox login with me to share his passwords. I logged in with his account, downloaded his passwords and logged out directly afterwards, but now he is reporting that he has ALL my passwords. How can undo this? I never gave him access to my account and I never clicked on sync or something?

Thought I should bring it to your attention. My default browser is Firefox and I use Earthlink as my email. Earthlink just informed me that Firefox no longer supports Earthlink. They have asked me to switch to Google Chrome where my email works fine. If you need to contact me , my phone is [phone# removed from public] and my name is Ken Westlund. Can Mozilla please update and fix the bugs? After downloading new update i am unable to hear sound from my internal speaker on my macbook air.

My final exams are around the corner, and I am desperately looking for Mozilla team to respond. I have launched a complaint earlier but no action has been taken. Please fix this issue.

macOS. Firefox is running. I enter: open -a Firefox --args -private-window "https://apple.com" (in Terminal or Automator) which I believe should open apple.com in a new private window, but although the focus change to the already open Firefox window, a new private window does not open. It does work (apple.com opens in a new private window) if Firefox is not already running, but I thought the -private-window argument is supposed to open a new private window whether Firefox is already running or not. What have I got wrong?

I wonder if there is a way to restore deleted cookies and site data. I've tried to look search for a solution but can't seem to find. So asking here if it's possible to restore that somehow? (also, I'm on a mac) Thanks

I wanted to upgrade and update my Firefox to the latest version. Encountered some errors so I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled Firefox' latest version. Now all of a sudden all my Add-ons / Plugins / Extentions on the latest version of Firefox for Mac OS is gone...

I don't know but I'll say that I've tried using troubleshooting mode, cleared my startup cache, reset the browser and redownloaded the entire application. this happened after I cleared some stuff from my laptop don't know if that has anything to do with it though

When trying to open the Firefox icon on my computer I was told cant I open the application “Firefox” "because it may be damaged or incomplete." SOMEHOW HAVE NOW GOT AN ICON MARKED FIREFOX 2 AND MANY OF MY IMPORTANT BOOKMARKS HAVE DISAPPEARED

I have been noticing that Firefox browser is being manipulated to obtain confidential information from users.

Is Firefox doing anything to stop this? The crooks who are most likely military and Others affiliated with the government are surreptitiously accessing US Citizens computers and silently obtaining credit card information, banking, Venmo, Zelle Apple Cash, etc. and ROBBiNG citizens.

This is no joke. is Mozilla doing anything to protect their browsers from these hoodlums and corrupt government officials and there hired contractors?
