I've used Firefox forever, however in the last couple weeks, I can no longer use eBay as the webiste looks weird and my account is inaccessible. (See attachment.)

I've cleared all history/caches/etc. per forum suggestions. No change. So now to use eBay, I have to switch to Safari or Chrome (which I rarely use.)

Using new 2020 Macbook Pro and latest Firefox 80.0 update. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, MAC OSX. Firefox 80.0.1

Site is : https://meteofrance.com There is a button "Ajouter une ville". It is supposed to scroll down an input field. Worked until one week ago, does no longer work. Works on all browsers, safe FIREFOX.

Site manager says one week ago they upgraded to https. This + some configuration of Firefox on my Mac is the cause of the button not working. They say.

I have no idea where to start looking for (checked TLS level though, it is max 4 min 3).

Does someone have an idea.

Thanks very much.

It happens often: I am typing into a text input form on a website, and the pop-up (see attachment) appears for no apparent reason. In other words, I did not deliberately try to abandon my text entries, but for some reason the browser believes I have. Perhaps this is down to the overuse of shortcuts and touchpad "gestures" in my Macbook? I don't know why it happens, but it does. My question only concerns what happens AFTER the pop-up appears.

The pop-up has two buttons: "Stay on page", and the DEFAULT "Leave Page".

I have lost hours of work (text entry) because the DEFAULT is to "Leave Page". Again, this may be "physically" due to the twitchy Apple products I use, but it could be avoided if the DEFAULT were set to "Stay on page".

That is my first question: How do I change the DEFAULT to "Stay on page"?

I am told that this pop-up is the product of JavaScript running in my browser. That's all well and good, but it's not clear to me whose script this is.

My second question: What is the SOURCE of the JavaScript producing the pop-up; i.e. is this sourced by Mozilla, or is it sourced by the website creators?

I am unable to use location access in my mac firefox browser. When using the Met office uk for example I get this message each time. Sorry. We could not get your position because your web browser or device did not give permission to use your location. I have looked at the preference settings and the met office is allowed.

I read a newspaper that has the following site: https://www.lanacion.com.ar. The stories are shown, no problem with that. There is a comment section at the end of a story. Up until a few months ago it appeared, lately it doesn't show. Safari and Chrome have no problem. The comments are served by livefyre, so I suspect that some setting in Firefox is blocking. I would appreciate some help in finding the setting. Thanks, Francisco

Love the great new feature of Firefox Screenshots - useful to take shots of full pages rather than screen captures.

It doesn't work on airtable forms which is on place it would be really useful for me eg. https://airtable.com/shrcLBYFthQs5WrSQ

It just takes a shot of the visible area of the page even when selecting Full Screen.

I've tried on mac and windows - I've tried turning it off and on again in about:config, I couldn't see any <frameset> tags which are reported not to work.

Any clues?

My company's website was a parked domain this morning. Now they have fixed it and the website is back up, but I keep getting the parked page and cannot get to the actual website. I can see it in other browsers, but not Firefox. I reset Firefox twice and have tried several times to hard refresh. I have cleared history, cookies/data.

Hi all, I just purchased a new computer, and the first thing that I did was download Firefox onto it. However, I've become frustrated over the last few days, as even though I immediately signed into my Firefox account upon opening the browser, when I close it and then open it back up later on everything is signed out, including my Firefox profile. How do I make it so that every time I open my browser, it is already signed in, and I don't have to type in my username and password over and over again. Thanks in advance for your help!

I tried to visit a website on a private network.

Firefox threw up a security warning about how the web page uses TLSv1.0.

I clicked on the "Enable TLS v1.0" button because I wanted to temporarily view the web page, so that I can look at the TLS certificate to debug an unrelated issue about the cert chain on this site.

Now I want to go back to the default settings, where Firefox blocks TLSv1.0.

How do I do that?

In about:config I looked at security.tls.version.min but it's still on the original value of 3. Yet Firefox is still letting me view that particular page over TLSv1.0 without the security warning.
