I have the same problems as several others. Bought a new computer and cant get download helper to pin to pin to the toolbar. Have tried hitting the puzzle piece and finding the tab after that for extensions but still cant find how to pin it as it does not give me that option.

Why is moZilla forcing me to use Google Play Store to download Firefox? I used to be able to go directly to mozilla and get it (and yes i'm talking also about the android version)

After updating Mozilla Firefox to the latest version, it changed the default language from English (US) to German (DE) although English (US) is currently selected as the default language. It will not change back to English (US)

My computer does not support the latest firefox software update so i was wondering if you can send me me the firefox 115.0 version firefox softare? I tried to search for it online but i wasn't able to find any because the software i have for firefox now won't let me open some pages on websites because i have a old version firefox software. So please send me the 115.0 version software so that i can download and update my firefox software. Thank you

even though I completely remove my current version of Firefox and reinstall a new version. my current malware infection will "reinfect" the new install ????????????????????

My extensions are not showing up in the firefox browser, on menu bar, tool bar, or bookmarks bar. I am elderly and NOT computer literate. What to do? Using Windows 10.

Using my laptop: I have Firefox set to automatically update. I believe there was an update several weeks ago. Today I had been working in Photoshop, exited it, clicked on the Firefox tab I had open and clicked for a new tab. A window opened asking me for a new profile for Firefox. It said I needed this because there is a newer version of FF. It was weird. I entered the info and then was asked if I wanted to import bookmarks, etc. from Chrome (I rarely use Chrome) so I clicked to import. My big beef with this is all of my saved url's in One Tab are missing. I use One Tab all of the time so I lost a lot of information.

1) Can someone tell me what causes FF to do this because I had the latest version open?

2) Can someone tell me how to get my One Tab information back?

Windows 11 system; currently running 131.0.3 (64-bit).

Was offered the chance to update to 132.0 (About | Help) (I do not and will not ever allow automatic updates without user approval, and my profile is stored in an entirely separate folder structure well away from the insecure \users hierarchy). Did the usual click on the update button, showed 132.0 downloading, update button changed to "Restart to Update", clicked the button...

And the update failed. Help | About shows 131.0.3, and the "Restart to Update" button is still active.

Tried again with a full shutdown instead of using the update button, same result.

So how do I force this update to install?

After Upgrading to Sequoia operating system on Mac Book Pro, I could not longer open Firefox. After over an hour on the phone with Apple, the problem could not be resolved. At Apple's suggestion, I eliminated Firefox and downloaded a fresh version of Firefox for Mac but I cannot upload it.

New Firefox desktop browser update (132.0.1 (aarch64)) appears to conflict with my vpn resulting in disabled youtube...turning off the vpn allows youtube video's to play (not signed up for google), but naturally youtube/google is where I most want whatever protection a vpn offers, so this is not ideal.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

I guess there was an update to Firefox today because everything about my browser was a mess! >:( I have always had the Honey and Pinterest pin it buttons on my toolbar, and they have worked just fine. Now that this nightmare "update" happened, they don't show anymore, even though they are enabled in my settings and all permissions are checked. I am NOT very techy, so please don't reply with a long technical response that requires me to spend an hour trying to fix it. The buttons showed before, so why not now?! Please help! I've cleared cache and cookies, cleared history, everything I can think of and nothing is working. :'( TIA

HELP!!! I've been told that soon I won't be able to use firefox on my mac (mid 2010 version, still working fine) I'm currently using firefox version 115.17.0 esr. Are there any plans to make a workable workaround? I really can't afford a new laptop and firefox has always been my go-to browser. (I have to admit that I am absolutely ignorant of tech specs.) Any ideas Mozilla peeps, (or am I barking at the moon and have to bend to the capitalist oligarchy that desperately wants me to spend spend spend???) Thanks for any tips!

I placed an order for s coat from Amazon, paid for it and now the are saying I need to prove it's me. I ordered from a different bank card and they still say they can't process my coat. I have been trying to order this coat for a week and I have given all my info to them buy they want me to send a copy of my bank statement and the last four numbers of my card. I'm not sure how to do that but I took pictures but I don't know where they went. I don't know if Amazon received them or not. ALL I WANT IS TO BUY A COAT. I don't know what else to do. Can you tell me if Amazon received them? Please help! This is a birthday present from my 94 year old mom. If they can't take my word that I am Constance Holland the one who ordered the coat there's nothing more I can do but buy one from another store. Please let me know what's going on. Thank you!

Hi. Like in topic, I have problem with installing addons. The bar keeps instaling over and over and nothing happens. I have notticed this when trying instal adblock plus. Please help.

I used Ad Blocker but when I go to the Daily Mail web site, I can't get access and I get the message that I'm using Ad Blocker. I have removed this app but I'm still getting the stupid message preventing me from reading the Daily Mail. Help please.

I received a Mozilla Firefox (64) update notice going for version 132. When it didn't complete, I checked that my version is Firefox ESR115 (115.17.0), which operates with Windows 7-8.1. I have Windows 10, which matches with your version 132. So my question is how do I change/update my Firefox over to match up with Windows 10 and the Version 132 update?

My computer just installed the new update and now I cannot access my passwords. It keeps saying I have to enter the master password, but it gives me no place to enter a password. When I click the "LogIn" button, the screen just blinks.

Add-on Norton Password Manager normally works fine. It could be activated by entering a vault password or by request to an ios device for example. However since version 132 this has stopped working - there has been no update to Norton since it last worked.

If you try to open the add-on it simply comes up with a busy circle and never moves on from that.

Anyone else having same issue or is there a resolution?

(Still dont know why I let Firefox update automatically - for last year or so it keeps messing up existing stuff. My bad)
