This will be a long question and in 2 parts, so I'll apologize up front.

1. I am running FireFox on my 11-year old MacBook and love it (MacOS Mojave version 10.14.6). However, my printer just crapped out, and my new HP 9120e requires MacOS Big Sur (11.x.x) or later. If I update to that OS, will I still be able to use FireFox? If so, where do I find it (see Question 2, below)?

2. Since my old MacBook is clearly reaching the end of it's life and my Excel and Word apps are also ancient, I am trying to transfer all my stuff onto a "New" MacBook that is running MacOS Monterey version 12.0.1. However, the "New" computer (I will not say "improved") has been a reliability nightmare and I just had it in for service. They wiped my disk clean to install the Monterey OS. So, other than Safari, I have no browser (or anything else for that matter). When I go to the App Store to download FireFox, and don't see it anywhere. Help!

How should I fix the frozen browser. Firefox updated ok from another user account on this computer, though Firefox has always updated for all accounts on the computer when updated from any of the accounts. The installer tool got caught in a loop to install until it froze the browser on the third retry. What should I do?

text appears wierd.i tried reinstalling,disable hardware accel, troubleshooting mode, and lot more. nothing solved this problem. i also have dev edition, but it works PERFECTLY FINE. website texts appear normal,but firefox texts dont. atleast english is readable, different languages(korean,japanese)appear as bunch of boxes and russian, and arabic.

Anyone know if the Firefox app will be in the Microsoft Store soon for download?

I bought a new computer and if I download the app from the website I will permanently be taken out of S mode (I’m sure you guys are aware of this issue).

Im hoping the app will be available through the Microsoft Store very soon because I only use the Firefox browser on all of my other devices.

Is there a way around it other than permanently switching out of S mode and downloading? I’m aware I can do that but prefer not to.

I have old 15 year old mac el capitan -10.11.r with outdated firefox 78.15.0esr 64-bit.... in perfect condition. Unfortunately I can not make updates on browser anymore. Online banking websites does not allow me to use this outdated browser. Would you be so kind to make even paid update for me? Or at least let me know what settings I should change under about:config

In firefox, an extension no longer appears in the toolbar. It used to. Therefore I can no longer log in into that extension nor can I restore it to the toolbar. My version Firefox 138.03 64-bit. The extension is Phantom version 25.16.0

hej, you write oh dear, no print is possible :-((( but you write to me, that I have win10... but it is a new machine with win 11...and firefox does not work, i cant se my mails?!?!!?
