I want to download and install Firefox on my new iMac. As administrator it downloads but the instellation won't run. As a user it downloads and I can move the icon into the application folder. Firefox then opens but it won't run. Everything is frozen. What is going on??

Hi, just tried to access Firefox via an existing PC desktop short cut and it said "The item "firefox.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?" Not sure why it's suddenly done this.Should I delete the app via "Add remove" and re-install.

Hello, I use Windows 10, I downloaded Firefox using Microsoft Edge. Once it is installed, it creates an Icon then when you double click it, it does not open, even when I try to open as administrator and it opens, it does not look like a Firefox page because it is a blank page.
