I am installing Firefox (Latest from website) on a windows11 laptop. I had firefox many years ago and uninstalled it. I am reinstalling and I get a pop up that states: "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window:"
I have uninstalled and went through my laptop to remove all references from firefox. Task manager shows no sign of mozilla or firefox running processes.

Once it is installed, it creates an Icon then when you double click it, it does not open, even when I try to open as administrator and it opens, it does not look like a Firefox page because it is a blank page.
