I was a Century Link customer several years ago and used their homepage. I have since switched to Cox and kept Century Links homepage in my settings. However it recently it doesn't always load when I start up my laptop it loads a different advertisement page for Century Link. I called Century Link and they told me it had to do with my browser (Mozilla Fire Fox) not them.?

When I enter my home page url a different yahoo page loads.
I have never had such trouble trying to make a site my home page as Firefox! Nothing seems to work since I got my new computer. Pls help
