Whenever I log into my financial institution's or my ISP's website, Firefox often freezes. My version is 69.0.3 on Windows 7 64-Bit. Would the Windows 7 be the problem? Is this version of Firefox more for benefit of Windows 10 users? My next computer will not be Windows as I did not get my money's worth out of seven. Too much maintenance required; and I don't need this problem. Thank you.

Hello, I have a simple request. I've been having stability issues with my new computer (1 month old), so far the NVIDIA graphics driver has crashed randomly 4 times this month, resulting in a frozen screen but with the computer working (ie music playing, responding to keystrokes, etc.)
Today I had Firefox and Discord crash *exactly at the same time*, and since Firefox recorded a crash dump I need help checking what caused it to crash. Was it a graphics issue? Or might it be a RAM issue? Any help is highly appreciated.

My Firefox crashes all the time, but never creates a Crash Report in About:Crashes & never send me a notice about crashing. Many actions cause it to crash. Here are some: downloading from another site; printing from email like emailed tickets; clicking on some items in Firefox Options, opening a second window in Firefox.. There seems to be no specific pattern. I have uninstalled & installed again several times. & I have also updated. Nothing helps or stops the crashing. It is very frustrating & inconvenient. I have run anti-virus & malware scans. I prefer Firefox to Chrome, but may have to change my default browser if this crashing problem cannot be fixed. Please advise. I've seen this in other trouble reports but none of the solutions seem to work for me: I've started in safe mode; removed site from history. I'm running v71.0 on Windows 10. Note that I can access the site just fine in Chrome and Edge.

When i open a new tab, it is a blank page, not my last website, and i checked my settings, and it hasn't changed. All of my history disappeared, and no new history ever appears. All my autofills are gone, and no matter how much I try to change the settings, nothing helps. This is very annoying. Oh, also, some websites won't load completely. All other software (MS Office - notepae) woeking just fine. NOTE: because of my vision my Theme in Windows 10 is "High Contrast B&W". My old destop is still working fine. Click on a website button that would bring up the print dialog box, always brings the box up on a second monitor. This problem does not occur in Chrome, IE, Edge, or Opera. I have reset printer settings via the prefs.js file and a print_printer reset. A clean install did not resolve the problem, though I did not clean the registry in between.
