For a few days now, I have not been able to play videos. I get this message in the video screen: "If playback doesn’t begin shortly, try restarting your device." When I opened Firefox in Troubleshooting mode, the video played OK and then when I stopped Troubleshooting mode the videos continued to play OK. However, on the next day the problem reappears. Plz continue your greate ACTIONS( at least this is what i think) and don't let the giants of internet ( i won't name any company so they don't sue me hhhh) try to confuse use or steal your faith in the "STRONG COMMUNITY".

I don't want a dark theme and have tried numerous times to change it to a light theme. Within a min. Firefox returns to a default dark theme without me touching anything. Is there something that I am missing or is this newer browser in need of repair? This is getting old, I have used Firefox for years, never had a problem with kind of issue before. Thanks

It loads a blank page and nothing else.

Using Outlook Webmail on Firefox, I used to be able to drag attachments to my outgoing email to attach them. Now when I drag an attachment, I get a no symbol. This just started last week. I thought it might have been a new protocol with webmail, however I tested this on Chrome and dragging and dropping attachments to webmail still works there. Any idea why this started and how to fix it?

As of this morning I am no longer able to drag files from explorer and drop them into an email to add as attachment. Drag & drop functions just fine on Gmail on Firefox as well as Gmail & Outlook 365 on Chrome. Any help is appreciated.

From the last weeks, I have some issues with my Firefox. I have tabs crash with "oops, the tab crashed.." (like my screen but it's in french). If I let a video or a stream for example after 10 or 40minutes I can have this kind of crash.

Do you have any idea of the origins of this problem ? Thanks !

For the last two days and multiple times loading the firefox browser, it has taken about five minutes for the browser to load on our Dell Inspiron desktop, running Windows 11. Nothing happens for about one minute, then the spinning blue circle appears, then firefox starts to load, then the screen goes back to the desktop, then a black screen appears, then some white rectangles start to appear across the top of the screen, then the screen goes back to desktop, then back to the black and white top-of-browser window that is still trying to load, and then finally after the five minutes, our home page loads. However, clicking on a bookmarked website, or typing in a website in the address bar results in a 2-3 minute wait for that site to load. And this happens time after time with the computer still on, and also startup after startup. If this should continue for a few more days, we will start using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and also cancel our subscription to Mozilla VPN. This cannot continue!

My firefox sometimes open tabs as it was before but sometimes it opens new session or session I had about month ago. That session even have my month back history,but not actual. Sync have no affect at all

My Firefox has become unusable. It takes more than 5 minutes to load first data transfer "transferring data from assetts.adobedtm.com... for my bank. Next another 5 minutes for next lead to google. Only some web sites have this issue. I have problems with AT&T & PayPal, but not Chase or with the actual Firefox browser loading. I have turned off my anti virus software with no difference. I have turned off my VPN with no difference. Not a Tech.

Lately Firefox is instantly saving a copy of downloaded PDFs when it's set to "always ask" for for PDFs. In fact it does both, it saves the file and "always asks". How do I get it to follow the settings?

Hello. I've reinstall today my OS and re-sync into firefox (ofc reset password before because i also forgot that) and after login and sync there is no my saved "profile". There is some option to restore ? I dont have acess to files before reinstalling OS.

Please help if u can.

Hello I want to use my extensions but I cant access them. Usually they appear at the bar at the top of the browser, but as of recently I can't use my Add-ons. If you look at the image I shared you will see where the Add-ons should be. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

AdFender no longer blocks ads since I installed Firefox version 99.0. My copy of AdFender is not an add on. Three years ado, I installed AdFender as a stand alone program and let AdFender link to my browser when I open my browser. Up to now, updates to Firefox have not affected this arrangement.

I still have Explorer 11 installed and AdFender is still working correctly when I use Explorer as my browser.

on the security tab in my account profile it show the user name and password. however the password is not shown, it has a bunch of dots. I need to know what the password is how can I have it shown by removing the dots. don't want to change password and lose all my other logins.

I don't like the dark red background used by FF when text is not found with the find bar (it is hard to see with the forced dark theme). I would like to change the color for a lighter red, or maybe just have the cyan border turning red. and also change the default cyan border for another color.

But i don't know the css code for this.
